Charming 2-bedroom beach house with exceptional outdoor space! DOG FRIENDLY!

The host sent very helpful information right before our stay. Check-in/out was very seamless. The rooms were very comfy and was a great setup for dogs. (Railings didn't have large gaps or spacing, fences and gates the same) Very close to the beach entry. The only thing we had issues with really weren't controllable by the property owner. Dogs that have to go potty on grass need to go off property...not far though. And they shrubs around the beachy area all have sandspurs that get stuck in the toe beans. This can be solved more by sticking directly to sand paths...but something to note for pup owners. Overall great stay.

The home was clean and comfortable also very dog friendly with all the enclosed space. Nice and quiet area would recommend staying for people who want a peaceful vacation with there family and dogs if they have any

This property needs some TLC. I realize it is the end of the summer season, but the house was quite dirty. I had to clean the floors and kitchen upon arriving. In fact, I washed kitchenware and cookware before using. Food splatters and stains very obvious on the kitchen cabinets. Sand, dust bunnies and pet hair were quite evident. For these reasons, I gave 7/10 because I don’t know why I should pay a cleaning fee when I had to clean. My initial impression was this house is more of a cabin than a beach house. Way too much clutter in ALL closets and linens that could be better stored. That being said, the home is quite cute. The beds were comfortable and the outside patio area was fantastic. We had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoy

The home is in a very good location. The lower level is relaxing, and we spent a lot of time there. I will say that the house was not as clean as I would expect: dirty bathroom rugs and dog fur in the bed, under the couch was dirty as well. My adult daughter found a half-drank bottle of whiskey wrapped up in the blankets in the closet. Check in was easy.

This was our 4th time staying at Beach Run. Love it!!!

We had a great time. Two minute walk to the beach. We traveled with our dogs and absolutely loved the space under the house. It was fenced in and has a 70 tv out there. Which wax great to relax, hang out with the dogs and watch playoff baseball. The only complaint I have would be the internet. I'm not sure how many options are out there for internet but Centurylink is too slow. Other than the internet our stay was fantastic. The house was great. I loved the balcony in the mornings to sit and watch the sunrise. We would most definitely stay again.

My family and I had the best time here at Beach Run . House is exactly as advertised. Perfect for our family and fur baby. The outdoor area underneath was awesome for grilling, relaxing and watching football . The grand babies could run around and play safely. Hope to visit here again soon !

Easy check in; the house was clean and perfect for the two of us and our dogs! We enjoyed the outdoor living space and the upstairs deck. It was a very relaxing stay.

This is our third stay at the Beach Run, and it was just as good as the first even with new owners everything was very clean and you had all the essentials you needed, plus the downstairs area is basically another playground, and with the addition of an outdoor shower, this thing is just about perfect!! Jack was a wonderful host, and I would recommend this place to anyone!!We plan to stay again next year and can’t wait

Highly recommend this property! We stayed here for a week and could not have enjoyed it more. Very close proximity to the beach, with a lovely view of the ocean from the back porch. The outdoor space under the house is a huge added bonus!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach house! The owner/ host was very responsive with any questions regarding the property. The downstairs area beneath the house was awesome! Great area to hang out with our dogs and watch football on the huge TV. It was an easy walk to the beach access. Everything was at the house we needed for the trip.We’re already looking at dates in 2025 for our next stay.
