Stayed Dec 28, 2025Overall our stay was good. House is older and shows a bit of age. Plenty of space for us-3 adults. Kitchen and baths are on the small side and none of the baths are adjoining the bedrooms. Since this was a winter trip we did not spend anytime outside but the yard space looks nice. Convenient location.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Two highschool friends and myself reunited after 39 years. It was like we had never been apart. The house not far from downtown, the opry or the waterpark. We dpent the days visiting various locations and coming back to the house and ate, and chatted, laughed and reconnected. It was a GREAT house and GREAT host. Thank you!

Stayed May 24, 2025I can now verify why this property is so highly rated. You could not ask for a better location to to call ‘home base’ while exploring Nashville. It is a well preserved 1950’s home in a quiet, safe, well manicured neighborhood. The property managers were responsive, incredibly easy and pleasant to deal with. They’ve also stocked the home with just about anything you could think of for both entertaining and day-to-day living.We will definitely consider staying here again!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024After delays, arriving way later than expected and wet luggage, the house was easy to find and the use of the clothes dryer was a relief. Lots of info given which was great since it was our first time using VRBO. Great neighbourhood and within 15-20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely use Vrbo again and recommend this home!
