Stayed Jan 18, 2026Host was amazing! Easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful! Old charm meets newer updates. Neighborhood is quiet. Loved the patio seating and outdoor laundry! Easy driving to Sarasota, Crystal Springs, Homasassa, St. Pete. Would 100% stay again!!

Stayed Jan 13, 2026Both the house and neighborhood are absolutely lovely.We were dropping our daughter off for her freshman semester at UTampa. Staying at Brendan's was so calming and really helped us through a stressful situation.The house is charming. He has everything you need to feel at home. Walking distance to the cute town and a 10 minute drive to just about everything.Brendan was very accommodating and we couldn't be more grateful.We hope to stay on our next visit!

Stayed Dec 30, 2025Our stay was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Tampa area. There are some cute places nearby within walking distance and the parking in the neighborhood was extremely was. Brendan was very communicative and helpful!

Stayed Oct 3, 2025We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Brendan’s bungalow! It was an older, quiet neighborhood, yet very close to such attractions as Zoo Tampa and Busch Gardens. The bungalow, built in 1920, was the perfect size for my husband and me and our small dog. We were able to see the sights and come back to a clean, cozy and comfortable home to rest before the next day’s activities. The upgrades to this older home were very well done and still kept with the character of the home. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Stayed Aug 25, 2025We were there for easy access to Tampa General, my husband said the drive back and forth was very easy. The house itself was very clean and cozy. Very quiet neighborhood. When I walked in the house presented itself as I had pictured from the photos.

Stayed Dec 8, 2024The house was very clean and managed. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms had everything you’d need as well as a washer and dryer out back. The check in/out process was simple and flexible and the property manager was very responsive to any questions about anything. The location is great being about 20 minutes from anywhere in Tampa and 40 minutes from the gulf coast of St. Petersburg.
