Stayed Oct 31, 2025It's a cute space inside, especially the kitchen, but the pleather furniture was not comfortable. Michael had a little snack basket for us and the cooking basics were there. On the down side for me: Parking was a challenge, even though off street was nice to have. It was dark and hard to navigate to the front of the house. It was city neighborhood type loud, traffic, sirens and the occasional yelling neighbor at 2am. Lastly, the air freshener plug in was out of control. As soon as i walked in my eyes were watering. I thought it was from the cleaning but when we got back that first night it was worse, so i unplugged it and cracked the AC to clear the air. It's very hard to find something in this area, so i would prefer to stay in PVD at a hotel rather than here. I'll give Michael 5 stars for trying to be a great host!

Stayed Feb 26, 2026This was a perfect place for us to stay in Providence while attending a conference at Brown. The owner has refurbished the space with modern upgrades and all that we needed for a comfortable stay. He communicated right away when we had questions. It's a great value in a part of town we enjoy for its architecture and good eating spots!

Stayed Oct 24, 2025Parking was a little confusing at first or it’s because I got there after it was dark. Overall matched images, clean and had great shower pressure since some have terrible pressure. Micheal was great with making sure everything was sorted out with check-in close drive to places I needed to go and the full kitchen was a plus along with the Brita in the fridge.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Michael was very nice and communicative. He explained everything very well and let me know if there were any issues immediately. He was a great host. The pictures looked Just like the place And Nothing was broken to my knowledge.
