Welcome to Charlton House - A great house for families!

This inviting beachside retreat is perfectly positioned on the beach side of the Great Ocean Road, offering easy access to all that Aireys Inlet has to offer. A short walk takes you to local cafes, shops, scenic coastal walks,and two beautiful beaches. Tennis courts are also nearby, making it a convenient spot for outdoor fun.

The home is comfortable and welcoming, featuring two living areas with air conditioning for summer days and a cozy wood fire for the cooler months. A separate bunk room, equipped with two sets of bunks and a table tennis table, provides a great space for kids and teens, though it’s detached from the main living area.

Surrounded by well-maintained native gardens, the property offers a peaceful outdoor space with a private courtyard perfect for relaxing. The unfenced grounds are designed to blend with the natural landscape, attracting local wildlife like birds and kangaroos, making it a great base for exploring the nearby attractions of the Great Ocean Road.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

    Lovely large home that can cater two families easily. Well located near coastal paths & short walk to shops this place served as well over Easter break. Great outdoor seating / dining areas, fire pits, large indoor dining and equipped kitchen. Outdoor shower great idea. Kids bunk room large but lacks openable window and next to garage so temperature could vary in summer & winter.
