This is a great house for families with kids! They loved the pool and the themed rooms!

Amazing stay at an amazing property.

It was the perfect house for our family. Our kids loved the amazing bunk beds and entertainment room. The house was very clean and gave our family plenty of space. It has a great location for Universal and Disney. Anytime I contacted the owners they responded quickly and were able to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

We stayed 10 nights and it was awesome. The house is centrally located to everything. All 10 of us really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house looked just like the pictures and was well stocked with towels. Would definitely rent this house again

This home is super family friendly! The hosts are quick to respond and the house had everything you could need. Very clean and in a lovely neighborhood. The amenities the neighborhood has to offer are so fun. Our family will absolutely book again! :)

We were very happy with our stay. House was very clean and had tons of little amenities that the other houses we've stayed in didnt have. Kids and adults enjoyed it all the same. Will stay again!

This house was really cool, from the Avatar and Tangled bunk bed rooms, to the game room to having a pool & hot tub at the house. The clubhouse pool and slides were great to have access to as well. The only negative is that there were a few things not working or in need of repair (ex: the LED stars/lights in Avatar room were flickering/weren’t working) but management was quick to send someone to house same day to try and remedy. Overall I’d highly recommend it!

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at Charles Funhouse and Games villa in Orlando. The villa was everything we were expecting, Charles was great at responding to many questions and providing all the information we needed to make our stay one to remember, would highly recommend

We met my son and two grandkids for a week long vacation! The kids flipped when they saw their bedrooms! The house was stocked and the pool and game room was awesome entertainment after the park! Thank you for your hospitality. Many good memories for all!

The location of the house was great plenty of space for all of us. The house could use a little extra care in a few areas as there’s a little wear and tear but overall good experience.

The house had everything you could need for people of all ages. There were three pack and plays, high chair, toys for all ages. Even the Tangled room my daughter stayed in had a closet full of princess dresses. Convenient location to all the parks and about two minutes from a Walmart (which came in clutch multiple times)

Property was clean, communication was awesome, the kids and some adults loved the themed rooms. Towels, soap, shampoos garbage bags all included and was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we really enjoyed that for the time we were there and would definitely do it again.

We stayed at the home and let me start off my saying the communication was spot on. Owner was very quick to respond and have the questions answered. The home was very clean and welcoming. Charles was a great host and location is amazing.

We had a family fun filled weekend which we greatly needed. The host even dropped off extra toiletries and towels. I would definitely recommend this home for Family gatherings.
