Pool Heating Policy
To ensure the pool is at the perfect temperature for your arrival, we require 48-hour notice. Due to rising local utility rates, the following fees apply:
5 Nights or fewer: $350 flat fee.
6+ Nights: $350 + $50 per additional night.
● Spa heating is complimentary

Pet Policy
We love furry friends! Prior approval is required.
Up to 2 Pets: $275 fee.
Additional Pets: $50 per pet.

Strict adherence to the following rules is required for all guests traveling with animals.

Control & Restraint
Constant Supervision: Pets must be fully leashed and under your direct physical control at all times when outside the home.

Boundary Limits: This policy applies to all common areas, walkways, and every inch of the property grounds.

Total Responsibility: You assume 100% financial and legal responsibility for your pet’s behavior.

Damage & Injury: If your pet bites, injures any person, or causes damage to the property or personal belongings, you are solely liable for all resulting costs and claims.

⚖️ Legal Indemnification
Hold Harmless: By bringing a pet onto the premises, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owners and managers.

Costs: You are responsible for all liability, claims, legal expenses, and attorney’s fees arising from your pet's actions.

Notice: Failure to comply with leash requirements or any lapse in pet control may result in immediate eviction without refund.
