It was the perfect place to spend the holidays

Clean and convenient

The house was nice but there was a few problems we had. The sink in the kitchen was clogged. They said someone would com to fix it but it didn't get unclogged. The trash can outside was full from the previous rental so we didn't have anywhere to put our trash. We had to use the dumpster next door. Never got a response if we were allowed to use it. The house had roaches. We cook a pizza and before we could get seconds, there was roaches on it so we had to throw it out.

The house it's self was good but some issues that were addressed didn't get resolved.

Place was clean, all burners on stove didn't work, a few bugs when I arrived.

The property is great and the home was well equipped with all the extras to make a beach stay enjoyable. This place would have received 5 star all around, but the home had a few german roaches in the kitchen. We cleaned them up as best we could and cleaned all dishes before use.

Great location.

The property was a great location to head out on the water to fish. We brought our 22 foot boat and had no trouble launching and parking the boat at the property. The only downside… parking is kind of tight with the boat trailer and our truck and not blocking the neighbor’s garage. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location. Easy to get to Corpus and the beach. Condo was roomy. Very nice inside. Loved sitting outside by the water. No fishing light was only downside (we could not find one), so couldn’t really fish off the pier effectively. Great communication with the management company.

Great place. Close to beaches especially if planning on going to Mustang Island State Park. Was very well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and even fishing poles. Place was very clean. Canal was nice but bring repellent. There are lots of mosquitoes. Perfect for 7 adults. Plenty of room for more. Would definitely stay again.

The location was good. Center to everywhere we wanted to visit. Quiet neighborhood for it being an apartment. Plenty of space for our family of 10.

Our 2 night stay at Cabana Cove was comfortable and enjoyable for our family. We were really thankful to be able to check in earlier than anticipated. In the home, there were more than expected outdoor equipment and accessories like new folding chairs, fishing poles, and kayaks. This property is great if you plan on fishing, renting a boat, enjoying water sports or just looking to stay somewhere close to the beach. We had no issues with noise at night and slept comfortably. Our only recommendations would be to be prepared for mosquitoes and if you plan on doing a lot of cooking at the home you may want to bring your needed cookware. Overall, we would consider staying here again on our next family beach trip.

This house had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. They had areas to plug in and charge devices in every room which made it easy for my kids to charge all the things at once. The water access was a huge plus since we visited right after a tropical storm and beach access was limited due to high water. It’s very close to all the popular beaches with quick access to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed everything about out stay here.

I shared this home with my friends from NY.. they love to fish! It was nice to just sit outside, BBQ and enjoy the view… the went and bought fishing reels! Will definitely stay again!!!

Loved having the dock and cleaning stations on property. House was updated and clean and appropriately priced compared to the market. Location was excellent for Mustang Island, easy in and out to our favorite places to eat.
