Overall this is a nice place, but there were some inaccuracies with the listing and some concern items found with the property. The bed sizes listed are inaccurate. The listed king size measures as a full-sized bed. The floor is uneven and wasn't leveled prior to the laminate being installed. Also, the living room area rug keeps curling up and is a tripping hazard. The hot water has a strong smell, indicating that there might be a bacterial issue with the water heater. WiFi is strong and stable. The rental agency is very responsive and friendly. Recycling service would be a nice improvement. There is a hornet's nest over the front door that needs to be addressed. The location is nice as there is a grocery store a very short drive away.

Living room TV wasn’t working properly. No one called us back.Firepit was out of gas. No one called us backFreezer wasn’t keeping temp. We lose all of our ice cream and some food.For the money I paid, someone could have called us. Don’t bother me with “ we’re so sorry”. Refund some of my money

House was very clean. Everything worked out perfect for our family.

Overall a pleasant stay. Nice layout & furnishings. FYI, the front door needs to be looked at. The hinge is missing screws & must be manually put back in place each time you come in. Also, directions to say to start the dishwasher but there was no dishwasher soap.

I don’t believe the rental was cleaned! No sheets on beds just lying on top. Dishes full in dishwasher dirty, not organized freezer hadn’t been wiped out! Drink glasses down in pot and pan cabinet. 2 coffee pots neither worked no “coffee bar” NO supplies

The property was clean providing everything we needed, clean linens, full kitchen needs, clean bathrooms, comfortable temperature control and professional communications (when needed) with property management. There were only two minor complaints, outdoor fire pit (propane) was not working and there were some small ants in the kitchen, but not a lot.

This place was fine. It met our needs. Some small things make it a 4 vs a 5. Ants in the kitchen cabinets (if my wife was along this would have escalated to a big thing. The outside space Was very small. No grass just concrete and asphalt. The boat dock was a bit sketchy.

Needed a place to stay for our family to attend a wedding at the hotel down the street. This home was perfect for our needs.

The home was great, it was furnished with everything. The home is very clean. The home was invested with ants and needed to be treated. The patio and furniture needed to be washed off. The dock was not accessible due to overgrown foliage. Weeds around property need to be sprayed. Neighbors behind property are very weird. Would I rent this property again, absolutely yes.

Upon arrival the exterior of the property looked abandoned. The front landscape beds and parking area were grown over with high weeds. The unit was clean. However, the twin beds were not made and some of the linens (pillow cases were missing). We found some extra in another room to use. The television in the main room is dated and cannot be updated with newer streaming apps. This was extremely aggravating as some of my party wanted to watch the Opening Ceremonies of the Olympics on network television and the main television in the Unit could not even pick up NBC. The slab of the building is damaged and the floor slopes heavily toward the channel in the rear. It sloped to the extent that members of my party lost their footing and nearly fell multiple times. I could feel the slope lying in bed, which was unnerving. In short, it felt unsafe. Finally, a minor annoyance, but the keurig had no coffee. In a small community with no coffee shop nearby, it was annoying to see a basket full of everything except coffee. All in all, the experience was underwhelming. I left three stars because the house was clean, but we will not be returning when we visit the area.
