Chandler Getaway | Poolside Days, Firepit Nights, Playground Fun & Dog Friendly

I’m giving it four stars only because I feel some sense of responsibility for not reading the fine print. As far as the house goes, it is very nice and very large. The location is good for proximity to downtown Chandler. On the other hand, it is a very old neighborhood and we did hear loud thumping music at about 3:30 in the morning. I realize this is beyond the owners control, but indicative of the area. Yes there are three bathroom bathrooms plus a half bath, but the one bathroom that serves two of the bedrooms does not have a shower. Only a bath. Now, most people do not take a bath therefore, our other guests had to come into our en suite to take a shower. They really need to put a shower head in that bathroom. The home was very clean and nicely appointed. What upset me about the home? I imagine could’ve been avoided if I read the fine print. I booked it kind of in a hurry because I needed a place to say for our son’s memorial. These things are planned at the last minute. The home is available to sleep before I believe 10 people. At the end of the memorial I wanted a few friends to come over and sit for a little while to decompress. The fine print says that we’re only allowed to have two additional people at the house at any time other than those who are staying there. I did the right thing and asked if we could have a few extra people over for a couple of hours and that they would be gone by nine and I was told no. The rules are ridiculous. Be aware.

Stayed for a family wedding. Really no complaints, beautiful large home with all amenities. Kitchen had everything, beds comfy tvs in all the bedrooms. Plenty of space. Close to everything. Communication with host was effortless. Loved our stay

The house was nicely stocked and had several seating areas including a nice outdoor space. We enjoyed out stay here

Beautiful, comfortable, and great location.

Home was spacious and well maintained. Backyard was huge pool was very nice. Had a incident with a mouse in one of the rooms, i had to take 1 guest home. I notified host said they would handle. Otherwise place was nice

The pictures don’t do this house justice! Ideal for two families traveling together. Two primary bedrooms with en-suite baths. Two additional bedrooms for kids/teens. Large, updated, well-equipped kitchen with another full and half bath. Three “family rooms” with smart TVs. Great backyard with covered seating and fantastic pool! Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops in downtown Chandler. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again! Communication, check in and cleanliness all fantastic!

We had an excellent stay at Charming Washington! Plenty of space and very clean. The kids loved the pool, especially the shallow shelf where the little ones could play. Would highly recommend this property for a family!

We stayed at this beautiful home with our three teenage daughters and had plenty of room. The pictures are exactly what you get unlike some others that use a wide angle and make the spaces look bigger. 10/10 I would stay here again. The hosts were easy to communicate with and super helpful with any and all of my questions.

Our stay at the charming Washington home in Chandler, Arizona, so welcoming and spacious for our family for the Christmas holiday holidays. We would definitely stay at this home again on our return to Chandler where our family lives.. we did have one issue with the TV in the front living room, which did not work. Megan was very responsive to my emails and they did finally have to replace the TV. However, that was the only setback we had with our vacation there for two weeks no TV in the front room and also I would recommend a TV in the master bedroom. I think that would be very helpful especially for seniors..

The whole process was super easy and the house had everything we needed. It was exactly what we needed and would definitely stay again if back in town

We stayed in this beautiful home for a college graduation. There were 8 adults and we were very comfortable.

I booked a concert with two friends at the Chandler Arts Center & booked this house for 3 nights. It was perfection! Walking distance from the venue and all the yummy restaurants. The house is spacious and laid out beautifully. The rooms were spaced out and comfortable. The yard was nice and big and we spent multiple days in the great pool. The kitchen was well stocked and big for cooking, snacking and socializing. AC worked well. Lots of room for bigger groups and luxurious for our group of 3! I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Arizona. Host was responsive and gracious, as well! Smooth check in and check out.

We enjoyed our vacation very much. The pool was wonderful, and the house is very spacious and convenient. Our son who is in a wheelchair was able to easily move around and the front bathroom shower was perfect for him.

The house perfectly suited our family. We were there for our grandson's wedding. The house was in close proximity to everything we needed to do. The house was clean when we arrived and the host was easy to communicate with. The pool was nice. The location of bedrooms worked out perfect and large living areas made it easy to have other family members over while we were in town. We would definitely stay again!!! Carol

We rented this property for the 4th of July weekend and absolutely loved it. My son's loved the playground and pool, and I loved that the pool was fenced in with little ones. Amazing home!!! We didn't want to leave! Would definitely rent again!

We went to chandler for a wedding and decided to rent a house instead of a hotel. What a great decision. the family had plenty of space and enjoyed lots of time by the pool. and when it came time to go out, everything could be found in under 10min drive. Plenty of stuff in walking distance, but it was a hot end of June for us to do that. We would definitely look it up next time we want to rent in the area

The house was spotless when we arrived. The pool was beautiful and used it a lot. House was very comfortable, close to downtown. The manual for the house was very detailed which helped a lot in how to operate things around there. Great check out list. I would highly recommend it. Megan at VRBO was right on the ball answering any questions we had. She got back with our emails very quickly.

Larger than the pictures. Excellent communication and issue resolution with the manager. Would stay again.

Great place with lots of space. The pool was awesome. Location was nice and central.
