This immaculate 6-bedroom, 6--bathroom oasis is perfectly setup to make your family’s Orlando holiday truly magical and memorable, enjoying all that there is to offer. As you enter your gathering house you are met with the feeling of openness as you move from the foyer, into the kitchen and dining room and family gathering room, passing by personally selected décor hand-picked to make you feel at home yet remind you that you are at a world known destination. Each space melds perfectly into the next. This open floor plan provides perfect access to the spacious relaxing lanai and the warm and entertaining private pool and spa area through the sliding doors.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary delights including Keurig Duo, hot water kettle, slow cooking pot, and Mickey Waffle maker. We do not leave you wanting for any utensil. The meals you prepare are well-served on the granite counter space for bar seating and the large dining area table. You can even bring your family outside as you enjoy the wonderful central Florida weather. We provide paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods for your entire holiday.
And for the day or evening you choose to pamper yourself further, hire our colleague and friend Chef Kegon to come and provide a full 3 course dinner or scrumptious brunch for you and your family, adding to your memories.
Also on the first floor just off the kitchen is the movie room. This is where families remember what movie night was all about and can be again as you rediscover those nights when you all gathered to watch a new movie or one of your old favorites. This is where you reconnect as more family memories are subtly made for lasting reflection.

At the end of your day in the parks or even on days out of the parks, unwind and relax in the complimentary heated pool and spa. We also provide a propane grill. We add no extra charges to your stay for pool/spa heat or grill use.
Imagine yourself arising before the others as you enjoy a cup of coffee while relaxing in the heated spa enjoying your own personal peace and quiet before you start your day

Your outdoor space provides a large propane grill, use of which is also complimentary and this space is more private than most as we have added a lower row of opaque screens to our pool screen enclosure.

Our Sun Gathering House provides a large comfortably and personally appointed gathering space where multiple family generations can gather to talk, catch up, or watch a large selection of entertainment on the huge Samsung HD screen outfitted with above basic cable and apps

The First Floor King En Suite provides for first floor accommodations with luxury and comfort. The room is well decorated and has a large full bathroom. Also on the first floor is the laundry room, that allows for quick drying of bathing suits and towels, or full laundry needs with provided laundry pods stocked for your stay.
Just off the gathering room is another full first floor bathroom that opens onto the lanai, allowing for restroom use or a place to dry off and change after pool use
When you arrive and head upstairs passed the young child safety gates each family member picks out their own personal space from the remaining 5 bedrooms.
This steps open up to the Avengers game room which has been hand painted by a local artist and is outfitted with side by side by side Tvs each with its own Xbox gaming console and one with a PS4 console so you can compete side by side utilizing our high speed >400Mbs internet.
The game room is furnished with beanbags for game players and ample seating for every age group in your family to enjoy time together. The game room is completed with an air hockey table to challenge other family members as well as a large sized Connect Four.

The five upstairs bedrooms are setup to appeal to families traveling together and multigenerational families. There is an oversized Owner’s suite. There is also a King ensuite that shares a jack and jill full bathroom with the adjoining Disney themed 4 bunk bedroom.
The Star Wars Themed 4 bunk bedroom utilizes a full bath that is just across the hall.
There is one other King ensuite bedroom accounting for 3 King suites, 2 themed Bunk rooms and four full bathrooms upstairs.
All the beds are of high quality and comfortable.

There is plenty of space for families to gather while still having enough room for privacy when needed for every generation of your family.

Other things to note

This resort home provides for a stunning and private outdoor experience where you can enjoy a large, heated pool and relaxing spa all included with lounge chairs and table seating for all as you bathe in the warmth of the Florida Sun and cool off in the fun pool. Large and luxurious pool towels are also provided for all.

The lanai area is partially covered and allows for cooking on the grill(use also included) and shade for those in need as you sip on drinks or snacks while seated at the large outdoor seating and table area, enjoying your poolside atmosphere. The screen enclosed lanai creates a secluded feeling in your private outdoor entertaining area as your family gathers to swim, grill and enjoy making more family memories

And don’t forget the first floor projector large screen movie theater room. Use the apps on the dvd player or choose from many titles available on DVD.
There are outdoor cameras at the front door, driveway, and a camera in the non-living space garage. We have no indoor cameras or sound level devices

Let’s not forget Disney, Universal, Discovery Cove, Typhoon Lagoon, and many more attractions are at your doorstep, but you may never want to leave Sun Gathering House or the resort.

Sun Gathering House is only a 2-3 minute stroll to The Oasis Club, the community area where you can find a lazy river, water slide, pool, and splash area. Cool off with a cold drink at the Tiki Bar or find something to eat for everyone. There is a fitness room and Arcade room as well.(And yes entry is INCLUDED in your stay).

Since you are a short drive to Disney World, 2 exits to World Drive and 6 exits to Epcot Center Drive and World Center Drive, you are right in the middle of the action.

Only 20 minutes to Sea World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios Orlando
