The Living Area is beautiful and is positioned to the rear of the home with views to the pool area, which is an added bonus for those travelling with children as you can still keep watch over them from the lounge area. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a Large Flat Screen Television making the living area an ideal place for everyone to gather in the evening and enjoy a movie or a ball game at the end of a busy Florida day.

The Kitchen is very stylish and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, from a quick breakfast or Lunch that can be taken at the very practical breakfast bar that includes comfortable stools and a great place to chat with your guests while preparing dinner.

The Bedrooms are absolutely beautiful, all with an amazing interior that offers luxury and comfort. The rooms will offer a little haven to retreat to at the end of a busy day, or for a little quiet time to relax before joining the other guest for dinner.

- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
