Stayed Jan 4, 2024It has had very little updates to the property. Dish washer was not working, lighting needed to be replaced, remote to TV did not work, heater in bedroom did not work. It is a easy location to walk to Canyon lodge, and that is what you are paying for, not the comfort of the condo.

Stayed Jan 21, 2022We stay in Mammoth frequently. The location of the condo for skiing cannot be beat. A very quick walk to Canyon Lodge. The description is accurate and central reservations was helpful when we had a couple of issues. The main issue is the quality of the unit. It needs a lot of work, including peeling paint and dirty carpets. Also the walls are incredibly thin and on different nights units on either side of us had gatherings that went late into the night and were extremely hard to sleep through

Stayed Dec 27, 2021Carpet was dirty! Upstairs shower didn’t drain well. Pull out couch had old cheese balls when we took it out and there was a huge stain on the mattress. Overall it was a place to stay and we made the best of it.
