House is quaintly decorated. Nice yard. You are paying for location! We enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops. Property manager made sure check-in was seamless. Our flight got in late and we were able to enter the property with no issues. There are a few things that need work. We had no internet connection during our stay. In the kitchen the refrigerator had to be reset 3 times because it wouldn’t stop beeping. The refrigerator was not clean and had containers of half eaten ice cream. Kitchen is not “fully stocked”. In case you like to cook at home while on vacation. All the cookery was old, outdated, and mismatched. It was like the owner left all their used items in this rental. Both propane tanks for the grille were empty and needed to return/fill one for use. The outdoor shower had a wasp nest and spiders. Upstairs the bed linens and towels were old and smelled. Bring your own towels as the ones provided smelled like BO after using once. Uncomfortable beds/ pillows. Bathroom upstairs had an array of old soaps and toiletries of which an old used hairy razor, expired sun screen, and used deodorant were present. Moldy and rusty shower curtain. Paid close to $1000 per night and did not feel this was worth the price. The owner reimbursed us for the propane but nothing towards the stay. Also there was a property camera that was not disclosed in the description. We have stayed at nicer places for less money sad to say
Very clean and excellent location. We had a great time gathering around the living areas for everyone to really catch up with each other and relax.
