Stayed Jan 3, 2025During the winter (at least), this house should be advertised like 4 bedrooms. The fifth bedroom is not heated and also the bathroom was no heated. The owner offered a small airflow heater - it was not enough and the bathroom was still frozen. In addition, there was a very noisy in the night. So, after the first night nightmare, we reorganized and slept 10 people in 4 bedrooms (a big inconvenient for us). We also had an argue with the owner regarding the temperature in the house. He raised the temperature, in the end. He wants to make economy, but, as a tourist paying a lot of money, I need warm and comfort (we had -19 Celsius degree in the night). Apart from this problem, everything would have been perfect. Two bedrooms are very nice and comfortable, but other two bedrooms are small and not enough space to store your personal items. All in all, the price is very high for what they offer.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Das Haus in Mauterndorf ist hervorragend geeignet für große Familien oder Gruppen bis 10 Personen. Es gibt 5 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind ebenfalls sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Haus ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, in einem tadellosen Zustand und alles ist sehr sauber. Holz als Material überwiegt und passt sehr gut zum Stil der Gegend. Das Haus ist bestens geeignet für einen Sommer- wie Winterurlaub. Sehr große Terrassen und ein großer Garten am Gebirgsbach runden das Bild ab. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann direkt vom Haus schöne Wanderungen starten. Der Vermieter ist gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, und die Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Das perfekte Haus, sauber, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist top und der Vermieter super nett. Für 10 Personen ist es ideal, es liegt perfekt für Rad- und Wandertouren.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We found the property very easy. The house looks just like the photos-fantastic, very clean and warm. Our host Bert opened the door electronically. We spent a wonderful Christmas there. Enough space for 10 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with more than enough cutlery for 10 peoples and a baby! Cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. The nearest ski slopes are in10 min walking distance. We strongly recommend the property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Er stond keurig iemand te wachten toen wij aankwamen. Het huis is echt fantastisch. Mooi uitzicht, leuk riviertje aan het einde van het perceel.
