Alex, the host was excellent. Very friendly and rrsponsive.The apartment is clean and well maintained. Pictures online are representative of the apartment. Very close to the city center. Approximately 10 minutes walking to city center. Close to transportation, groceries , restaurants etc. Close to Boulevard along the ocean coastline. Excellent overall.

absolutely perfect: communication with Alex organised taxi pick up and drop off to and from airport. The apartment is very spacious, immaculate and has everything you need. location is perfect, easy 15-20 mins walk into centre. located near bus route, easy to explore different parts of madeira. definitley recommend - don't hesitate to book!

Alex was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival. He assisted us by arranging for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and also for our return. Super nice host The apartment is even lovelier in person than in the pictures. It is spacious and very comfortable! We loved going out on the balconies to appreciate the views, and used them to dry our laundry. The location was ideal and so close to the center of town. We will definitely recommend this apartment and host to others.

This apartment was perfect for our Madeiran holiday - spacious and airy, spotlessly clean, and within walking distance of everything we needed while still being far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The terrace and rooftop deck are the icing on the cake. Communication with Alex was excellent and fast, from helping us arrange airport transfers to restaurant and activity suggestions. Highly recommended!

We choose Madeira, a place my husband and I love, to meet our daughter who we had not seen in person for two and a half years. This was an excellent property and location for our reunion. We all enjoyed our time together in this comfortable, spacious and modern apartment with an excellent fully equipped kitchen. and balcony looking out to the ocean. Alex was an excellent host, making sure we had everything we needed, assisting us to explore more of the island and ensuring there were no problems. We do thank him.

First of all, I want to point out that the property looks even better than the pictures. Very roomy flat. Beautiful floors. Has everything you possibly need. Host was accommodating in regards to check in. Their is a garage underneath the building, which is extremely helpful as there is very little parking. It's location allows you to walk everywhere. Lastly excellent cafe/bakery steps away. Would book again.
