Centrally Located, Waterfront, Modern Home with lots of amenities

We had a wonderful 16 night stay in May. Great first impression as we pulled into the driveway. A nice and safe neighborhood where we could walk our pup any time of day or night. (Bonus points for seeing burrowing owls on our walks) Home is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is especially beautiful. We spent most of our time in the sunny heated pool and covered outdoor sitting area. There is a ceiling fan and cute little frig out there which come in handy. Hubby and our dog really enjoyed time spent fishing out on the dock. Nice seating out there as well. The whole back yard is fenced in which was great with our dog. The canal view from the pool/yard/dock area is especially beautiful as boats go by in the day and the neighborhood lights shine off the water at night. The only issue we had was we were unable to use the oven during our stay. We notified Doug that it was not functional but we did not need it for the rest of our stay anyway. The stovetop was all we used anyway. We assume it has been addressed since then. Overall a great quiet spot to relax and unwind!

What an amazing property! The pictures don’t do this house justice. Where do I start first off I had a couple questions before we left about our trip and I emailed Doug and he answered all my questions immediately which was so appreciated. The beds in the house were so comfy and felt like we were sleeping on clouds . The starters such as toilet and paper towels was greatly appreciated .The yard is fenced in although we didn’t bring our pets it was so nice to see they had pet bowls and even a basket of toys for fur babies. The home is not far from the beach, shopping and tons of restaurants. The dock is large and nicely lit up for late night fishing. We seen manatees, a stingray , a crab, tons of fish and a duck with her little babies that came and visited every morning. If we are ever in the area again this will definitely be where we will stay.

Everything was perfect! Loved the pool, and the view of the canal. Furnishings at the pool and on the dock were very nice. House was as pictured, we really enjoyed how it was set up. The management company exceeded expectations. We definitely plan on staying there again!

The place was very nice and it was impeccably clean and well furnished.Would absolutely deal with Doug again as he was very responsive and accommodating to a change of dates.

My family and our golden retriever enjoyed our stay! Doug was a great communicator and very attentive. There was trouble with the water heater when we first got there he had a new heater being installed in a very efficient manner. The kitchen had a ton of necessities! It was nice not having to purchase spices for things like burgers and sliders..the drawer was full of choices! The master bedroom has an amazing mattress and pillows. My husband and I never slept better! The yard is spacious with a great view, especially at night. We will definitely be back!

So many things to do lots of extra things at the house for a great beach experience!!

The home was great for the two of us. The kitchen was beautifully updated and well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was just great. The pool was heated and we used it almost every day. The large canal was not only pretty but we saw dolphins and enjoyed fishing on the dock. We felt the location was good as we visited Sanibel, FMB, Matlacha, Estero and more with ease. Doug, the property manager was the best and answered our questions quickly and kindly. We really hated to leave. A nice home with just about everything you could possibly want. Only negatives were no cable channels (we ended up using our own YouTube TV subscription) and the mattress in the primary bedroom was so high I had to use a step ladder to get into bed. We would definitely stay here again regardless.
