Centrally located retreat with pool, Ping-Pong, balcony, full kitchen, W/D, & AC

We had a wonderful stay at this location. What struck us was how clean the townhouse was. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The location was great--- quick access to Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. The only issue we had was that on day of check-in we arrived well after dark. There were no lights at the entrance so we had a hard time finding the front door. We thought we needed a key for the entrance gate, when we didn't, and we didn't realize it was unlocked. So it took us about 10-15 min to get into the townhouse. This was a minor issue but it would be nice to have some outside lights in case guests check in after sundown. Thank you for a great stay!

Safe front and back courtyards (locked); important to us because we travel with children. Lots of room for the price. Well maintained with access to laundry in the home. Great kitchen and adequately stocked with dishes.

Great location, quiet, good price, and the beds (king size!) and pillows were comfortable. Easy drive to/from PHX airport, and close location to stores and restaurants. Nice to have an e-lock and not have to worry about keys.Did not use the pool.

Lots of homey touches. Plenty of room. Nicely laid out. Having a working automatic garage door was the icing on the cake.

Great house. Comfortable. Easy check in & check out. If we ever return to the Tempe area we will definitely stay here agan.

Other than a few minor inconveniences, such as the front door combination lock not working, this townhouse was the perfect place for us to hang out for the weekend. Close to the ASU campus, the freeway, plus restaurants and shopping. The host and property managers were responsive and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Location was great, the pool and space were excellent! There were some minor maintenance issues that needed attending to - one of the dining room chair’s legs were so wobbly it was unsafe, and the window blinds needed replacing as the rod to turn the shades didn’t work, but otherwise, this was a great place to stay !

Great location to get around Phoenix. Property is big with lots of space for kids and adults. Everything you need is here. Quiet complex and secure.

Beautiful property. Relaxing and private even with 7 people on site. Very clean. Distance from our venue was within minutes and anything else we were looking for.

The Shalimar neighborhood is older and well-established. It is safe, quiet, and walkable- close to freeways and within driving distance to shopping and entertainment. The home is older but remodeled, quiet, and very clean. Our family was comfortable and rate the beds and showers in the bathrooms 5 stars! The kitchen and two living spaces were also practical and not expected. We could all spread out for privacy or gather together for family time. It’s a well-built townhome community in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Came down for parents weekend- great location from daughters place and the events we had. Loved the condo- accommodation were perfect to hang out in between events. Very clean and comfortable! Thank you!!
