About the Space:
This inviting, pet-friendly, 972 sq. ft. 3 story, 2 bedroom / 2 bath townhome has everything you next for a fun-filled stay in Mammoth. This property is located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, just a short walk to the bus stop, restaurants, bars, and shopping.
The home has been updated with new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the living area. The living room offers a comfortable sofas, large TV, and central heating to keep you warm on cold winter nights. The kitchen has granite countertops, updated appliances, and is fully equipped for cooking a delicious meal. The dining area is directly off the kitchen and offers seating for 4. There is a private deck off the main living area with a private BBQ, stocked with free propane. On the main floor is the first full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor with a shared full bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large dresser, small TV, and private deck. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and nice sized closet for ample clothing storage. The shared bathroom is directly outside of both bedrooms, in the hallway. The second bathroom also has a tub/shower.
The first level of the home is a private garage with parking for 1 car. We are allotted a second parking space for guests, outside. The garage also houses the private, in-unit laundry.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.
This home is cozy, comfortable, and ready for your next Mammoth getaway!

Guest access:
You will have the entire townhome to yourselves.
There is private laundry, private garage, and private BBQ for guest use.
There are 2 parking spaces permitted for this property – one parking space in the private garage, the other in an outdoor guest space.

    Communication was clear and timely. Check-in was easy (be sure to be in the correct driveway as the units look a lot alike). The unit was as shown and listed; perfect for our needs. Appreciated having a garage given the snow and need to chain-up.

    Great communication with host. Unit was clean and close to shuttle stop. Only negative is it’s in a dog friendly neighborhood with some inconsiderate people who don’t clean up after their pets, but that’s not on the owner.

    Great stay in Mammoth. Shuttle stop to the ski resort is a 2 minute walk from the condo. Super convenient having a washer/dryer, full kitchen with coffee provided,and a smart tv with all of the apps, so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube account. Also was great to be able to park my car in the attached garage, so I did not have to scrape snow off of my car!! I would definitely recommend this place and stay again on my next trip.

    Stayed here with my fiancé and our two dogs for our anniversary. Great location in town, walked to dinner one night, and the attached garage was very convenient when it was snowing! The dogs had a great time in the snow, would stay here again.
