Stayed Feb 24, 2023The property was in good condition and clean. A wonderful location to see Sarasota, Siesta Key and other gulf coast sites. We felt like locals!

Stayed Jan 28, 2023Rooms were nice. Kitchen appliances new. Would have liked a dresser for clothes, rather than just a suitcase rack. Would suggest more wash clothes provided, or let guests to bring a few. Appreciated the beach umbrella!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This cottage makes one feel right at home. The host is amazing. Close to beaches and lots of restaurants. This is our second year and planning to return next year.
