This house was absolutely amazing! Everything truly deserves a 5-star rating. Communication with Alisha was excellent—she was always prompt and attentive, which made the stay smooth and enjoyable. We all had a wonderful time and appreciated every detail of the home.The only minor downside was a brief interaction with the neighbor next door as we were packing up our vehicle to leave. The neighbor was extremely concerned about the trash bins being taken out and left on the street. While her concern was valid, she was extremely intense about it—she stood and watched as we took the bins out, observed how we placed them on the street, came by to check them, and even came back again to make sure I had followed exactly what the property manager and owner asked of me lol. The owners of the home are very fortunate to have a neighbor so concerned about their property, but the intensity was a bit much for us as guests. Fortunately, this happened as we were preparing to leave, and I was glad it did not occur throughout our stay.Overall, we would highly recommend this home and would love to stay again!

Beautiful house with great views of the golf course and that was very comfortable for everyone.

Our second visit here was just as great as the first. A group of us come up for a golf and fishing weekend and the house and location is absolutely perfect with all the built in entertainment options. We plan on making this our annual tradition!

Great place to escape the valley’s summer heat. Perfect location on the 17th fairway. Lots of fun things to do at the property and around town.

This is our third time staying here. We love the house and there's plenty of room for everyone. This time the house needed some maintenance. Dishwasher is not attached to the countertop and falls forward when you load it. Master bathroom sink was clogged. Toilet in two bathrooms kept running. Was lacking in the housekeeping department. Ripped patio cushions. All things that can be corrected. Has a fabulous view of the golf course.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury rental for our annual trip to the Northwoods. The amenities and game room were perfect providing plenty of entertainment and relaxation options. The quality of rental and linens were exceptional. The property manager was very responsive ensuring everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this rental for a luxury retreat.

Place was great. Only thing that could have been beter was a placefor a outdoor fire. Would stay again.

This home is absolutely beautiful and even more amazing in person. Was a great place for a group of friends to stay for a golf weekend out of the southern Arizona heat.

Beautiful architecture, stonework and granite. The kitchen and deck were our favorite places to gather. Excellent views from the deck and a gorgeous neighborhood. We had some issues that should be addressed for future renters. We had trouble figuring out the tv remote. Would recommend a more user-friendly remote or instructions on how to operate the remote. Since none of us subscribe to tv apps, we had very limited selection with Apple TV. We recommend having standard cable. The bed pillows were quite uncomfortable as they were feather pillows and quite scratchy on your face and neck. The towels in the bathroom didn't dry your skin. If your like cotton, would recommend bringing your own towels. The cushions on the deck swivel chairs are oversized and one member of our party fell out of the chair while trying to sit down and hurt himself when the chair tipped over. Would recommend smaller cushions. The circular staircase juts out into the living room and we had to be careful not to hit our head on the edges. Perhaps moving the couches over would allow more space to walk into the kitchen area. The host was wonderful. A great house for a large group.

It was perfect for 3 couples, each bedroom having a bathroom. Loved all the space including kitchen gathering space, outdoor patio and upstairs game room. We had a lovely time and would surely stay here again. Didn’t figure out how to get hot water in kitchen sink. All other water worked fine with hot and cold. I gave five stars for communication because it doesn’t apply we did not need to reach out.

Went up with friends and family and was pleasantly surprised by how awesome the house was. Exceeded our expectations!

The stay was perfection, we had a wondeful time. The house was located in an area that was quiet and centrally located for us. We appreciate the games and additional supplies given. We look forward to staying again.

This home is perfect - I am a cook and all that you need is in the kitchen (other than your food and favorite seasonings/oils. The beds were VERY comfortable - One King Bed (master) downstairs) with a Queen and private bath on the other side of the entry. The king upstairs and jack and jill double sink bath (it can be shared with the Kid s room which is massive. The game room upstairs in outstanding - Outdoors was where we spend most during the day and ate outdoors for all of our meals - located on the White Mountain Lakes golf course, hole number 17. Plenty of hot water. Just a note: you do have to let the kitchen sink run for quite a while to get hot water and the faucet light will finally turn red. The handle must be turned down for hot water. The push button garbage disposal does not work. The switch in on the wall to the right of the sink and clearly marked as are all of the house switches .The manager was very responsive!! 4 adults, 4 kids, property is special as it offers stuff for all ages to do!

The house and location were great…a well stocked kitchen and a fun game room upstairs. There are plenty of TV’s to use, but you will need to have your own subscriptions to different apps like You Tube TV or Netflix. We enjoyed walks through the quiet neighborhood and sitting on the deck overlooking the 17th green of Pinetop Lakes CC watching the golfers. We would stay here again.
