Centrally Located Lake Havasu Home w/ Huge Patio!

Nice house, great communication and well stocked. Centrally located to town and the lake. It is an older house and could use some updating. The AC didn’t get cold in the master bedroom.

The master shower has a bad Water Handle and valve. We could not turn on the water and use the shower.The BBQ is in dire need or cleaning or replacement, the grease is so bad we had a big Flare up. We are boaters and carry typical gear. We did not have a staging place for much of our gear at the rental. Maybe let your renters know the garage is not available to use. Lastly, check out at 10’oclock is very difficult, I know most rentals thru VRBO has this policy. I will be looking at ARBNB or other VRBO’s for alternatives that are flexible with check out. The host requires the renters to strip beds and load/run dishwasher all before 10:00AM. You can guess we had to run out for a good breakfast..

The home was perfect for a family stay. The home was clean and had lots of room for a family. The furnishings were very nice and the kitchen had everything you need. The pool deck is wonderful and a great place to hang out. The pool was clean and well taken care of.Only minor complaints would be that the pool temp was a bit too cold and the bbq needed fuel so had to make a last minute trip to replace the tank. Overall it was a great home and would stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood. Patio has lots of chairs and 2 tables Lots of pool noodles and beach towels, Corn hole game and pool floaties. Grill worked well for us! We loved being outside here. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of spices. Big pantry. Decorated beautifully. Lots of pillows. Laundry worked well. Beds comfortable. Overall, would stay here again.

Awesome house will all the amenities! Clean and had everything we needed . The pool and patio were great too.

These accommodations are impeccable!! Super clean, beautifully decorated. All of the amenities you could possibly need to prepare meals for your family. The pool is a great size for lazy cooling off or a volleyball game. It’s marked in my favorites at the top of the list!!

The hose is really nice. Way bigger than we needed, but we knew that when booking. We closed the 2 bedrooms & den since we didn’t use them. The covered back porch is huge with tons of seating. The pool towels are also out there. The pool is very large. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable. The room is hotter than the rest of the house. If you run hot like we do, bring a fan. The ceiling fan is highest on number 1; not 4. We especially appreciated the labels on items giving directions. They also supply Q tips & makeup wipes. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Ricki, the local host, was out standing! If we return, we would totally stay here again!

This house was lovely, and had all the amenities + some kind surprises in the bathrooms and kitchen. This was a very clean house and is well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the water heater works great. We had 8 people here and we were all extremely comfortable as the house is very spacious inside and outside. Will definitely be booking here again for our next trip.

This was perfect and pet friendly. Home is well decorated and furnished. Kitchen inventory of dishes, cookware and utensils was fantastic.
