Centrally Located Hampton Home: 6 Mi to Downtown!

Everything went great, the host is very responsive and the property has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen was stacked and equipped making cooking easy. Great place!

Everything was as listed. Plenty of room and our host even left snacks and beverages for us...much appreciate after a long drive. Thank you.

The host Mr. Keith ,was very polite, his warm welcoming was such a pleasure.He welcomed us with variety of treats for us,. And a bottle of wine to settle in with.Everything in the home was clean and no issues what so ever.Thank you Mr. Keith it felt like I was home.

The house had a very clean and welcoming environment. The outside area was the highlight, with grilling and roasting smores.

This home worked for us and our group of 6 for my daughter's graduation at nearby Christopher Newport University. Location to the school was great, less than 10 minutes. The living rooms were spacious and there are several TV's to choose from. My adult kids enjoyed the foosball table. Lots of towels supplied in the bathrooms. Great outdoor space for hanging out and grilling. There was both a gas and a charcoal grill. Gas grill hadn't been cleaned which was probably an oversight. Owner supplies some snacks and drinks-nice touch!Renters should realize that the house sits on a busy road and we could hear cars driving by all night, Kitchen was a bit undersupplied and messy. Not enough dishes/mugs for the # of people the house accommodates. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and unwashed when we arrived. Every room had plug in air fresheners that were too much for our crowd. Easy fix, we just unplugged them for the duration of the stay.

The host is amazing! The house was clean and a great fit for our group. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever to go back to Virginia.

The home was very nice. The host was very nice and accessible.

This house accommodated our group nicely, even considering a single bathroom for 4 bedrooms. Very clean, comfortable beds and bedding, and several places for groups to gather and relax. A couple of quirks that were not a problem, such as the open-concept bathroom in the master. Hopefully the owner invests in adequate flatware and dishes for a large group. The location was great - 10 minutes or less to CNU and other destinations.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home, and it was even better than the first! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect and just as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to settle in and relax. The location was great for exploring the area, and communication with the host was fantastic—they were quick to help and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again. Thank you for another wonderful experience!

A very comfortable house for a family weekend

House was as expected and very accommodating. Plenty of room for a large group. Cleanliness was good and amenities were great. Owner exhibited great communication throughout and check in and out was seamless. Highly recommend.

Great location and close to the coliseum. Host was pleasent and on top of communication. No major issues for the house but could use the items below improvement: 1. Kitchen was well equiped but somehow was missing a cutting board. 2. The mattress that is in the bedroom on the left when going down the hall is very uncomfortable and the individual sleeping there decided to sleep on the couch instead. On the other hand, the couch is VERY comfortable! Everything else was fantastic and i would definitely rent here again!
