Stayed Aug 5, 2024This property was very clean and comfortable. It is well stocked. Our neighbors were loud and parked in our driveway and in the street area so we couldn't park at our house but the house was great.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025This is a lovely home with space for all of us, and a short but steep walk to the ocean, as well as a flatter, longer way to the ocean. The beach at Dory point is beautiful and has a fun sand hill to climb. The house was comfortable and a pleasant place to spend time. Comfortable beds. House was clean and had all we needed. Only two small down sides: The dining table had slightly less comfortable benches instead of chairs, and the listing didn't state that the driveway only holds two cars. I'm pretty sure you can park an additional car on the street, but that wasn't explained anywhere, and the signs in the neighborhood were somewhat intimidating about street parking. These were very small points compared to everything that was great about this lovely house in a great location.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Only stayed one quick night on a road trip but everything was as described in the listing. Plenty of room for family of 5 to spread out. Kids loved the ping pong table. Outdoor water tap has warm water which is great for washing up after visiting the beach and Cape Kiwanda sand dune.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024This property has been one of the best up kept properties we have stayed at on the Oregon coast. The location of the property is the perfect distance to the beach and to the restaurants on the other side of the river. We hope to be able to stay on this property again

Stayed Jun 10, 2024Enjoying each other’s company yet being able to do what we each chose to do on our own. Having a room each gave us the freedom to relax and enjoy ourselves. Magnificent beach that was close enough to walk to and not crowded.
