If you prefer to cook outdoors, the BBQ is available for your use.

The property boasts a double garage, offering secure parking for your vehicles, giving you peace of mind during your stay. Please note that this home does not have WIFI, allowing you to disconnect and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

All the linen and towels are provided for you. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

    The place is the best that is why we retuned again this yearBut I think they mead to up grade the lounge suite as it is very low for us oldies to get up from and after awhile you can feel the base of the couch

    Thank you for providing us with the perfect property for our weekend at Phillip Island. After a long day at the race track it was nice to come home to somewhere quiet and comfortable for the evening. We will definitely be back in the future.
