Central to Sedona and trails w/ pool and Spa!

Fabulous house with all the perfect amenities. This was exactly what my family needed. We swam in the pool everyday and sat in the hot tub at night. Rooftop star-gazing was spectacular and so was morning bird watching. The kids are already asking when we are going back!

A perfect place to go and spend a relaxing few days. Really enjoyed the backyard and the house is well maintained and the Koi Pond was very relaxing to sit by.

Great property located within walking distance of The Chapel of the Holy Cross and many hiking trails. Beautiful views from this interesting property. Lots of stuff to do and explore, including a koi pond! This is an older property but there have been many updates. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything went well at the house. Very comfortable overall. Everyone said the beds were comfortable. Location was great . Good views and close to town. The pool was refreshing but would have liked it heated. Koi pond and waterfall was very nice. Rooftop views were also nice.

Things were good to start. Good communication with the manager. House is older so take that into consideration, but it’s spacious and updated enough, well stocked, great location. One bath is a half, not full, that part of the listing isn’t accurate. On our 2nd full day, pool cleaners came. The guy was taking photos and making calls/texts. Second guy came, I started asking questions. He said it was very dirty, probably hadn’t been running for days. He scrubbed it down, the whole thing turned an awful green, said we shouldn’t swim in it. We were devastated as it was the #1 reason we booked this property. He also told us the owner was receiving messages updating them on the situation. I gave it a couple hours and reached out to the manager. He asked a couple questions and that was it. No apology or any kind of offer to make up for it. We didn’t swim that day and noticed that the pool had stopped running again. The next day they were working on it again and assured us it would stay running. It improved slightly and that evening we swam a little in the shallow end, the deep end was still pretty dark. Saturday morning when we checked out, the pool finally looked fairly clear and inviting. We never heard back from management. The company asked for a review the morning we left, I included all of this, still nothing. Very disappointed to say the least.
