    The house is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were also comfy, which I always appreciate. We wanted to be in town, so the access was great. I do wish there had been a sitting area set up outside. The couple of chairs were not really accessible.

    This is an older manufactured home. It has some creaks and the neighborhood is a little older. The decor is ok but definitely not the same theme throughout. If you want fancy this might mot be it, however it’s clean and the beds are nice. The guest bath is small and the primary has a small shower. The shower handles are tricky too. Overall, I would most likely stay again if visiting the area.

    The property and location are terrific. But the most impressive aspect that sets this property and owner apart from other properties is how quickly the owner responded to a heating problem we reported only late on a Friday afternoon. I don't know how they got a service person there so quickly, but I know how much I appreciated that they made it happen. Lots of properties are good until there is a problem. This one is always good.

    This place had a fantastic layout with the master bedroom on one side and 2 bedrooms on the other. The kitchen was spacious. And it was great for the dogs. Many dog places do t seem clean or smell clean, but this place was CLEAN! Back yard was great for the dogs - fully fenced in. The owners responded quickly and promptly and were fantastic to work with.

    For a small town, payson had a lot of traffic. Green Valley Park was very nice. Very good breakfast places. The cottage was spacious and nice inside. Front door lock had some problems and no shower in master bath. hiking trail only 10 min drive. Saw elk in yard.

    Home was comfortable and well appointed. Located close to town conveniences (Restaurants, groceries points of interest) which is what we wanted. Neighborhood was quiet. Great communication from host with additional helpful details for stay. We recommend property and would stay here again.
