Stayed Dec 4, 2025Despite the place being old, it was neat and clean and got everything you need. It’s in a location with just a few houses and I felt safe. It would be nice to have some tea bags because not everyone drink coffee, and a kettle to boil the water.

Stayed Feb 14, 2026Very poorly maintained. Holes in walls, outlets not secure to wall and sparking when devices were plugged in. Sink drain clogged. Water faucet in kitchen sink wouldn’t turn on properly. Tub stopper not functional. Hand rail not secure. Old wasp nest behind couch. Keurig cup left in coffee maker from previous guest. Lint filter in dryer not cleaned due to handle being broken. Seat cushion on dining room chair not connected to chair. Floor in shower uneven with drain at highest point so that shower won’t drain properly. Toaster left dirty from previous guests.If I had to put review in one sentence it would be “I’m Tom Bodett and we’ll leave the light on for you.”

Stayed Apr 25, 2025House was nice roomy wish there were better instructions on use of tv and some lighting but was clean and had everything pretty close to downtown beds were comfortable yard and area was dry outside great parking. Would stay again overall was great time

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Neighbors were a little noisy at night, but we couldn't hear it inside. Really close to town also, only five minutes away at most.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Nice house plenty of room. Nice walk to Mount Dora downtown area. Sidewalks almost the entire way.
