Central Grayton Home with Private Pool, Bikes | Every Room is an En Suite

This is a great house with a great location. It was great for our families.

We loved staying at Shades of Summer for our fall break trip with our friends. The location was fantastic and it came with everything you could need for a beach trip. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed Shades of Summer and will rent this property again.

Not beach front but the beach was easily accessible. Kitchen was well equipped, but the oven did not work when we arrived (we had been alerted to the problem prior to arrival by 360 Blue). Someone came to repair on Day 3 of our week. Fuses tripped multiple times in downstairs areas and would not reset, but again maintenance came next day. These were inconveniences, but not trip spoilers. 360 Blue was excellent in responding and communicating. The biggest complaint was the condition of the outside gas grill. It appeared to be relatively new, however, it had not been cleaned for some time. Underneath were 2 pans full of putrid grease and we had a terrible time trying to clean and dispose of the grease with limited cleaning resources. We needed the grill to prepare dinner that night due to oven being out of service, otherwise I would have called and asked them to come clean it. Shower curtain liners need a good wash. Pool was lovely and clean. Overall, I can only rate 4 stars, not 5. Thanks

Amazing location. Very responsive staff. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well appointed for a big dinners and lots of cooking including thanksgiving dinner which we had at the property with large family gathering. Could have used beach towels and chairs, more higher end cleaning products for hygiene, laundry, dishwasher, etc.

The house and all of its features was wonderful. Just as advertised. And the Santa Rosa Beach destination was charming and fun. Two minor items of constructive criticism... I think, for the price, they could provide coffee filters and enough trash can liners so guests didn't need to buy or bring their own. And... I felt like our host was a corporation. (Well, it was.) I never felt like I was connected to a person who had a personal interest in my happiness. But my family had a GREAT time!

This home is spectacular. It exceeding our expectations. The location was perfect. The home comes equipped with duel refrigerators, dishwashers, and washer/dryers! We wanted for nothing and can’t wait to return.

The house has an amazing location and a ton of space. We loved how each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house seemed to be missing the bare necessities that beach properties normally have (paper towel, extra toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc...). So be sure to bring those necessities or plan to purchase everything.

Everyone enjoyed the property, the closeness of beach, the pool and the small neighborhood feeling.and the golf cart was a nice extra. I would suggest you add a system ( sheets of clear plexiglass under the the 2nd and third levels) to allow the water to run off the side of house versus down on top of everyone. We had a few storms and couldn’t be on the decks or swings and had to remain inside plus beach towels got soaked and we had to constantly dry the furniture. Overall very satisfied. We will return to the are for sure but probably need a bigger house. Thank you.

This property is located at the right location in Grayton Beach. The property was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend
