Central Erie Vacation Rental ~ 2 Mi to Beach!

Great house! It’s in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to everything; state park, downtown, zoo and plenty of restaurants. We had perfect weather for our visit. We opened the windows and the house stayed comfortable. Excellent communication from the host.

Family friendly clean house, with a large kitchen, separate dining room and large living room. It was perfect for our vacation to Erie. We had plenty of space in the bedrooms for our luggage and clothes. The beds were comfortable. Shanna was an excellent host. She contacted me prior to arrival to make sure that we received all the information and answered all of my questions regarding the property promptly. It was easy to find and close to the beach. My wife and I and three adult kids rented this home for the extra bedrooms and A/C for our trip home to Erie for a family reunion. It’s in a great location within a very safe and walkable neighborhood. The host is super responsive and an excellent communicator - we had a great stay all the way around!

We all enjoyed this cute and spacious place. It was close to the beaches and had plenty of space for our family!

We had a very comfortable stay. We brought a crock pot with us, which turned out to be a good decision. That was the only thing we would have missed. The home was clean and was in a great location, and the host was very responsive.

Rented this place for a weekend getaway with longtime friends. Accommodations were very clean and the owner was very cooperative and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed the clean, comfortable space. We really appreciate the proximity to all the activities we enjoy most when we come to Erie. There were no issues during my stay so I did not have to communicate with the host but they reached out immediately upon check in to make themselves available if needed.

The house was very comfortable, cozy and inviting. The neighborhood safe and quiet. The pictures were accurate and described it perfectly. Check in and check out were a breeze and Shanna was a lovely host who contacted me at the beginning and end of our trip. The house was close to Waldemeer as well as Presque Isle. We had 3 kids under 12 with us and they had a blast at both locations. I would stay here again.

The location of this property was very convenient to Presque Isle and other Erie attractions. We felt safe in this neighborhood. The kitchen was very nice and updated. The neighbor in the apartment above the garage was very friendly. On the downside, there is only one thermostat in the house downstairs. I wish this property would have had a separate AC unit and thermostat for the second floor, like other rental properties where I have stayed. The second floor, where all bedrooms are located, was uncomfortably warm during our stay. There are ceiling fans above the beds, but I had trouble sleeping because it was too warm. We tried opening some of the windows, but they are old and some were problematic.
