Great location and excellent accommodations. We were in town for our son’s golf tournament and our family enjoyed staying together.

This property was even better than the pictures. The location was perfect and felt so safe. Easy check in process and owner was very helpful with any questions we had. Very clean. The upstairs balcony was a hit too!! Would recommend this house to anyone!

Great place! Very clean, large bedrooms and perfect location to SMU, Highland Park, Turtle Creek areas. You can hear planes flying over from Love Field but we got used to it and it did not bother us. The only complaint I can think of is that the 4th bedroom(loft) does not have a bathroom or sink so whoever uses that will need to use someone else’s bathroom. But for the most part it was just what we needed as a group of 6. Nice to have a place we could all stay together!

This house was clean, had a nice outdoor space and was well equipped. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. Nice to have access to a garage too. The overall location is great, with many stores and restaurants very nearby. I highly recommend this house.

This was a great place to spend our weekend in Dallas. The townhouse is lovely and in a great location. All of the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and well equipped, the kitchen and living space is spacious and comfortable, overall a great place to stay. Our host was very accommodating and had great communication. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Dallas.

We were in for a wedding. Great communication and accommodations. There was some damage to the property on the outside, but not the host’s fault.

This property is every bit as nice as the pictures. Plenty of space (3 BR each with bath, 4th Loft BR, patio, LR, DR, Kitchen) all beautifully appointed and maintained. The host was easy to communicate with as all messages were answered within minutes. We were there for a baseball weekend in Dallas therefore did not use the kitchen and other facilities that extensively but when we did it was fine. Neighborhood was great. Quiet residential, short walk to various stores (grocery, etc.), restaurants (great Mexican place) and a coffee shop. Quick Uber to almost anywhere else. About the only negative was that the fees and taxes were equal to 50% of the base cost. Some of this may have been due to our short stay but please be aware of the total cost before confirming (we were aware and while painful it was not a surprise)
