This fabulous 2-bedroom flat with parking, in the heart of beautiful Bath, is the
perfect location for exploring all that the city has to offer. Situated in a quiet location at the top
end of the city center, you are in touching distance of the beautiful Royal Crescent and a short walk from all the city’s other attractions and shopping areas including The
Roman Baths and Southgate shopping centre. The best of
both worlds a stone’s throw from all of Bath’s
manysights.

The space
A two-floor period property the living area is on the first floor of the house, providing a light and
spacious home from home, in close proximity, and with far-reaching views over the city.
The living area has two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining area for 6 people. There is a
spacious hallway with a fantastic breakfast bar and a great additional space to work at, eat, or gather
for a glass of wine before going to explore the nearby bars and restaurants. The compact, fully
fitted kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, washing machine, and full-size fridge and
freezer. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one is a king with plenty of closet space and
the other is a small double with a chest of drawers. The modern bathroom has a bath/shower.

There is a garage at the property for one car (TBC 2 cars) – parking in Bath is a luxury and
while the parking space is quite tight, we’ve squeezed our Landrover in. The key is located by
the kitchen window and is not to be removed from the hook, please operate the garage from there.

One well-behaved dogs are accepted on request, a £15 fee will be applied

The electric garage remote is kept inside the property; we ask it remains inside the property at all
times.

Other things to note
Well-behaved dogs on request for stays of 1 week or more. Please don’t let them on the sofa or
in the carpeted bedrooms upstairs.

professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and
toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your
stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and
certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
