Great location, clean & cozy!

Location was perfect! Furnitue was all liquidation hotel items

It was located in a nice area! Firepit was an added bonus! Will stay again if ever in the area!

Very close to the strip. Makes it easy to walk to everything. The cottage was perfect size for my husband and I. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Owner sent all the information that I needed. Would definitely stay again.

This was a first-time vrbo rental I'm now a fan! Great over-all experience for us. We dont eat out so the full kitchen was a must and perfect, everything we needed. We'd love to stay here again

We were attending an athletic event at Spire. This location was so much better than a hotel. We really appreciated the dog friendly and the yard was great!

Groundhogs living under the house, uncomfortable furniture, just not a pleasant place to stay. No owners pride. Grass needed cut as well.

Excellent location and perfect size! Everything was within walking distance, there was plenty of room to park and the fire pit set up outside made for a perfect weekend! They had everything we would need set up and went out of their way to help us when we forgot something. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Geneva.

It was super cozy and affordable. We loved staying for the weekend. Its in a good location, clean, 2 tvs, 2 pullout couches. The only reason for 4 stars for cleaning is some cobwebs. There was some loud music at night from a local bar but it didnt bother us! We turned on the fans, but if youre a light sleeper you might want earplugs. We would hivhly recommend

Home was in a great location if you are looking for close proximity to Geneva’s downtown tourist area. It was great for our dog and the owner was realizable and answered quickly. It has a nice parking spot and easy directions. House is great for those who want to enjoy the downtown night life as there was music in close proximity that was loud and went late into the night. Overall good experience for my husband and our dog!

Loud music next door kept us up for 2 nights.

A nice place to stay! Clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed from pots and pans to silverware and glasses.. And a Keurig coffee maker. The only thing that needs improved is the shower! The shower head is in the ceiling of the shower and doesn't move, and no safety rails for those of us who need them.. I would stay again..

Smooth check-in.. And clean with a nice kitchen and stocked with new utensils and pots and pans! The beds are comfortable! All around a very nice place to stay! If I'm ever back in the are I would book it again

Communication was perfect. Location was amazing. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Bed was comfy and the house was very basic but very clean. We would definitely stay again.

This little cabin is in a great location, super close to Sportsterz. Very nice fire pit and comfy chairs. Definitely will be booking again!

We had a great time again staying at Warner cottage. The location is very close to the center of the Strip and easy walking distance to everything there. The cottage is very clean and comfortable with the AC able to keep us cool during the heat wave. No steps anywhere which my wife appreciated. You'll enjoy your stay here. God bless!

Great location. Nice place to stay with a dog as the property is nice and big. Included everything we needed. Many activities are walking distance. Very good communication with the owner. If we come that way again we will certainly rent this place again.

Cute little bungalow literally steps from the strip. You can see the stage at Sporterz from the kitchen and bedroom windows. Will book again.

The property is in the heart of the action on the strip. Walking distance to everything! It was very clean. Need was comfortable. Furniture could be upgraded and a hair dryer would be helpful.

We chose this cottage for its central location on the strip. We were not dissapointed one bit, will definitely stay here again

We felt at home the minute we walked into the house. It was perfect for us. There was music playing both the nights we were there, but the outside music was pleasant to listen to and stopped at midnight. Check in and out were a breeze. We had a great weekend.

Cottage was just what we needed after a long period of time on the road. Clean, with plenty of amenities. Very cute town, with lots of summer time activities. Only downside is proximity to a bar, which got loud one night. Overall would recommend, and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was stocked as described. The only pit fall was the late night music from the neighboring establishment.

We were very happy with our stay -we just had to nicely ask people renting next door not to park/block us in the driveway -but they were very receptive to our request.

Property was too close to loud music. We were lucky it rained and the music stopped early.

Nice location big enough yard for my 2 days…cons…need to replace light bulb in side was to dark for me I like lots of bright lights…and need curtains hem above the air conditioner or put mini blinds up…..when you had the curtains closed you didn’t get no air especially in bedroom and living. But other then that it was good enough…..

It was a cute house very clean until the evening. It was super loud, noisy people park, and in the backyard nothing was listed that and the grill we had to put together because it was completely taken apart.
