Center City

We traveled from Louisville KY, St Louis MO and Dallas TX to visit our Father for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our large party. The 5 bedrooms allowed everyone plenty of space, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The minor questions/concerns we had were addressed immediately. The location was familiar for us and honestly, it truly felt like we were visiting family, it was just that comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property and host!

Full of charm! The care to details makes this the perfect stay for large groups. Plenty of sleeping areas and gsthering spaces including a mini wellness/gym area. Neighborhood is perfect and lots of places to eat at.

The home provided all the sleeping space needed for our cousins’ adventures in Memphis. The large dining room that opened into the living room also made eating meals and playing games together easy.

The host family was/is wonderful. The house had adequate space to accommodate small or large families. We had a family reunion in Memphis, so my husband, children, and grandchildren were able to stay under one roof without any discomfort. Upon arrival we were greeted with plenty of snacks, a hot delicious meal, and wonderful host (The Shaw Family). Any and everything we could think of was here (aluminum foil, soap, towels, adequate toilet paper/paper towels etc.). They even provided toys for our grandchildren to play with (water guns) due to us bringing a kiddie pool. We could not find the iron so the Shaw's had one delivered while we were out touring the city. Our family spent a lot of time in the game room which is stocked with plenty of games and books for all ages. This house, with the accommodations, and host, has been the experience we have encountered. The host also left a list of historical sites to visit. We were very impressed and grateful. Therefore, we would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for making our stay unforgettable. The Brown Family

Stayed at the Center City property with my family of 7, the hosts have thought of everything and were great communicators. After a long drive all of the details really mattered. Would stay there again.

We have no complaints…beautiful home and very spacious. The hosts had wonderful snacks waiting for us and enough toiletries. The house was very clean as well.

The host was very attentive to every need. The coffee bar is amazing. Even went the extra mile to get us flowers and cookies for our 20 year vowel renewal. House was close to everything. Love it.

We stayed here with a couple other families. The host filled the fridge with soft drinks and even left us welcome snacks. Anytime we needed anything at all, they responded very quickly. The neighborhood is also really friendly, and there is a big park within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others with kids. They have lots of games, too.

Major concern when booking was space, and bedding. We were plesantly surprised and the comfort of the bed, the quality of linens, and the spacious layout. The layout gave each guests their own personal space and the hosts were very accomodating to any requests.

A group of 9 of us stayed here during Beale street music festival. The hosts were amazing and always there to answer our questions. The location was great for us. The house was very comfortable. Everything was fantastic for our stay!
