We rented this house to have a place for all of our family vacation. We also had my parents 50th wedding anniversary party and a mini family reunion. The house was amazing and absolutely perfect. Three minor things that we noticed. The wifi would only allow a hand full of people on it at a time and that was a necessity because there is no Verizon service in the area. Also there was an electrical short and the light in the laundry room that caused the light to strobe. Also in the room next to the kitchen the TV would randomly turn on. Other than those little things it was an amazing stay and would defiantly stay there again.

We worried at first because linen arrangements were not posted on the agreement as requested by phone, but the lady in charge made things right - so my hats off to her! The only thing we found a problem with was one of the two coffee pots leaked - that’s an easy fix and a normal problem! So overall, I would give our vacation a 10 out of 10!

Even though the weather was a little bit gloomy, having the jacuzzi makes it worth it.

The hot-tub light did not work. The TVs need to be more user friendly in the sense of streaming shows through the wifi. The living room tv did not have volume controls anywhere. The neon light outside did not work. The outside fridge took over 24 hours to cool down. There was 0 logs of firewood to burn. Installing a mist machine for the patio would be awesome! Also the beds could be updated.

No water in the river so it was a great place to spend family time. Something for everyone.
