Celebration Beach House is not available to groups of persons under age 25 or to host events.

This 3 story Beach House welcomes you to one of the best locations in Carillon Beach, Florida. Sitting immediately across from the sand dune Beach walkover on Beachside Drive, Celebration has a huge wrap around porch that catches the Gulf breezes. The second floor balconies have views of the Carillon Beach community and the Gulf. Upon entering Celebration, the stunning professionally decorated interior provides an open living/dining/kitchen area on the 1st floor. The 1st floor also offers a King bedroom, full bath, and laundry room with a washer/dryer plus the 2nd refrigerator/freezer.

On the 2nd floor Guests have their choice of 3 King bedrooms, all with private baths and all with balcony access.

The 3rd floor really takes Celebration to the pinnacle of vacation fun! Four extra-long twin beds anchor a full floor suite of BR/TV/Game Room/Sitting Area and Full Bath with two pedestal sinks and walk-in shower. Each bed has it own bookshelf with a light for reading and electrical outlet for charging or viewing mobile devices.

Celebration has a large open kitchen with quartz countertops, an island with four stools, and Stainless Steel appliances including a Bosch gas cooktop and quiet Bosch Dishwasher.

A Rinnai tankless hot water system features endless hot water - even when all shower at the same time.

Celebration features 4 50 HD TVs in the bedrooms, 65 inch HDTVs in the 2 separate living areas. Access on the TVs to YouTube TV and many Apps. In the 3rd floor living area there is a WiiU console, 4 Remote Controllers and games.

Our Guests have included 8 reserved chaise lounge Beach chairs (2 sets of 2 wooden with cushions ad 4 canvas), all with umbrellas set up daily by the Beach Service on one of Florida's most award winning Beaches. Guests can contact the Beach service to rent additional sets of 2 chaise lounge chairs with daily or weekly rates.

Guests have free access to The Bellview Pool, the Lake Carillon Pool and the Gulf front Beach Club Pool which has handicap access to the beach (two of the pools are heated seasonally), hard surface tennis courts, a full size Basketball SportsCourt, playground with playhouse and lawn game areas. Guests have a short walk to 'Downtown' Carillon with restaurants, shops, fitness center (merchant charges a fee), a wine store, coffee shop, and a fishing pier on Lake Carillon.

Carillon Beach, FL, a private, gated coastal community, is located half way between Destin and Panama City Beach, FL. Guests enjoy free concerts (scheduled monthly) at Carillon Beach's Village Green on the shore of Lake Carillon during the summer season.

From fishing to hanging out on the beach to shopping, Celebration is in a great 'hub' location. Golfers can choose from among 7+ golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

Dine at world class local restaurants or cook in a large, well equipped kitchen. Don't like to cook You may want to hire a personal chef.
