Celebration at Deep Creek | Indoor Pool, Game Room, Hot Tub

Check in was delayed by two hours which was inconvenient since part of our party was flying in from other states, and we weren’t notified until the morning of. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pits and pans, utensils, and mugs. We brought our own paper products, coffee, trash bags, and spices. There were two hot tubs and the only complaint we had and kept calling about was the hot tub on the right side. It was at dangerously high temps, and the controls were not functioning. We never ended up using it as the issue was never resolved.

Stayed with 16 people for 3 nights. House was very accommodating for our group size and had everything that we needed to have a wonderful trip. No issues at all!

Very spacious property layed out with pretty private bedrooms for a large group. Overall great stay.

Really enjoyed the stay, was exactly what we needed.

Perfect house for family gatherings. Just note that you need to bring salt and pepper and all condiments. You will also need extra trash bags paper towels and toilet paper.

My family recently stayed a week at this property. We had a wonderful time making memories together but had some issues with the home i.e. multiple rooms had light bulbs that needed replaced, one hot tub was non-functional the entire trip, we had issues with the Wi-Fi, not all televisions connected to cable, we had a brief power outage/surge in half the home that caused an issue with the indoor pool so it was also non-functional by the end of our trip. The yard seemed much bigger on the pictures than in person. Overall the home was beautiful but it could have used a deep cleaning. For the price I would have expected all the amenities to be usable. ,

The Celebration is a beautiful home with plenty of space and plenty of amenities. If you are looking for serenity this is the place. If you are looking for solitude this is the place. Celebration has so much to offer. We will definitely rent again.

Overall disappointing. From the moment you opened the front door you saw in the foyer 2 benches and a throw rug that needed to be removed and replaced. When you went to sit down on one of the sofas you sank into the frame. The kitchen coffee makers were so greasy I didn’t want to touch them. The toaster was broken. Two out of 4 frying pans which were Teflon coated were so badly scratched they could not be used and belonged in the trash. The windows above the sink had screens that had not been cleaned for months. There was no sink strainer basket. The toilet seat needed to be replaced as well as the toilet brush which looked like it had been used to clean a sewer drain. One sconce needed a new ballast; not a bulb! The indoor pool was lovely and someone did come almost daily to test the chemicals. The pool room has heat but the pool water is not heated and should be noted in the listing. The listing description of the beds in the bedrooms is not accurate. The chandeliers over the dining tables were laden with dust and the glass topped dining tables looked dirty because the glass tops needed to be cleaned on the underside. This house is dirty and is in need of general maintenance. I did not mention the bathrooms but again poor housekeeping and maintenance. There was no vacuum. We paid good money and holiday rates as we stayed Dec 26 - Jan 01. We did expect a clean and well maintained home. We knew it wasn’t new. I did take a few pictures to illustrate my comments. J.B.

While we enjoyed our time at Celebrations at Deep Creek, there were a few items we thought the rental could improve upon (especially based on the weekly price we paid). 1. Not all beds were made upon arrival. The sheets were piled on the bed but the beds not made. 2. With an 8 bedroom house, I would have expected more than the one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. 3. Same with large trash bags….a house that holds 20 plus people for a week and we were given basically the three trash bags in the kitchen trash cans – 1 large black and 2 tall kitchen. 4. Limited cooking pans if cooking for 20 people. 5. Some of the slats on the chairs by the pool fell out. (hazard with young children) 6. Never did seem to get the lock on front door to work properly,
