CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


PARKING
Guests will have access to the parking pad on the driveway with space for up to six (6) vehicles. Please note that street parking outside of the designated parking pad is not allowed in this community.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

The famous Radium Hot Springs pools are the heart of it all. Soak under open skies with the Rockies rising around you, whether it’s a sunny summer afternoon or a crisp winter evening with steam swirling in the cool air.

Outdoor adventure is always within reach. Hiking trails start right from town. Golf courses stretch out beneath big mountain backdrops. In the winter, you’re a short drive to Panorama for ski days, then back to peaceful evenings away from the bustle.

The village itself has everything you need — cozy cafés, local restaurants, small shops — all wrapped in that friendly, unhurried energy that makes you feel like a regular, even on your first visit.

Radium is where you come to truly unwind. To reconnect. To trade noise for nature and busy for balance. And once you’ve been, you’ll understand why so many guests come back year after year.

You won`t need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is definitely recommended.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

    Great home for a family or couples get a way, especially with the grandchildren as playground is next to the property. Also very good for 4 couples to enjoy a great golf trip or skiing at 6 golf & ski resorts all within 1.5hrs of driving. Well equipped with a great hot tub. Communication was excellent. Highly Recommend!

    The house was excellent and great set up for 4 couples on golf and biking trip! Great communication from owner and management group. Location is perfect for the region and be happy to book again. Pots, pans and dishes well stocked.. Maybe few more wine glasses (but that is being picky) The knives needed sharpening, thanks to Niki next door for lending us her sharpener so we got a bit of an edge on the them.. The grill worked great and the decks were terriific with good patio furniture for enjoying, Would use this unit again!

    House was lovely and well appointed with lots of space. Loved the wood buring fireplace and really enjoyed the hot tub. Clean home. Perfect for families or large friend group (4 bedrooms)! Has a lower downstairs full suite (kitchen and laundry and sitting room too). So quiet and peaceful. Saw deer and wild sheep walk down the street! Highly recommend this property. BBQ was very handy too.

    Great facility to stay if you are planning to ski the various nordic ski facilities in the area. Could use a little maintenance (bathroom ceilings need to be repaired) and kitchen pots and pans could be updated. Otherwise, we all had a great stay and enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace during the evenings and subzero mornings.

    Wrong door code was given, but response time was great and i am sure they need to change that code alot as this is a popular place! Great for family get togethers. Beds are comfy, cozy place. Hot tub is great. So many great things to mention at this property. Will stay again!

    We loved our time at Cedar and Sage - really clean and comfortable, plenty of space for all of us (7 adults), and it was one of the most well-stocked places we've stayed. Loved sitting on the deck and in the hot tub - just a great space to hang out Anything we needed was provided quickly and communications with the hosts were smooth and timely. Definitely recommend!

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property. The attention to detail was evident in every room, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect – close to all the attractions yet nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed morning coffee on the comfortable patio and evenings by the cozy fireplace. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. Our hosts were fantastic. They were available to answer any questions and provide detailed information about the property.
