Beautiful lakefront home on the West Shore just south of Tahoe City with 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Dog-friendly with beach, buoy (limited pier access), and large, grassy yard.
On the ground floor, there are 2 living areas, each with a wood-burning fireplace; a spacious, remodeled kitchen; a bedroom with 2 Twin beds and its own full bathroom; a full guest bathroom and laundry facilities in a utility room off of the kitchen.
Upper entry level features a master bedroom with lake view, a king bed, balcony and attached full bath; a lake view queen bedroom; full guest bathroom and separate half bathroom in hallway.
Only 1 mile from Tahoe City to the north, and 1 mile to Sunnyside Resort to the south. Make Cedar Hollow Lakefront your Lake Tahoe escape!
*Please note that the pier is shared with the house next door and is available for boat loading and unloading only. Also note that no dingy is provided to access buoy.

Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog to any dog-friendly property. All dogs must be at least one year old and must not be left unattended at the property unless crate trained. No pets other than dogs are allowed at any of our pet-friendly properties (no cats, birds, ferrets, etc.).
*PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog to our dog friendly property there is an additional fee of $100+tax.
Our properties do not have air conditioning.
BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day)

•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE OF A PROPERTY AND ALL PET WASTE NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP.

We enjoyed proximity to the water, Tahoe City, Hiking etc. The kitchen and main living areas were great for our family. We also enjoyed the yard and BBQ. The bathrooms need updating and we would recommend that the carpet in the bathrooms be removed. Overall, it is a nice property and we enjoyed out time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Cedar Hollow Lakefront House was the perfect location for our weekend trip in May. Just a few steps from the backyard take you to the private dock, an ideal spot for taking in the beautiful views. We also loved the grass area behind the house, another perfect place for relaxing, eating, and chatting. We took advantage of the updated kitchen and made most of our meals there, but we did venture out for a yummy dinner at Jason's Beachside Grill in Kings Beach.While the house was large and clean, the bathrooms would benefit from some TLC. (The main bedroom's shower was missing a shower liner, and the water lever felt like it might come off in your hand. In another bathroom, the shower door doesn't quite close all the way.) While the updated kitchen is beautiful, we couldn't get the coffee maker to work, so we needed to venture out for our morning Cup of Joe. Also, it would be wonderful to have a cutting board available.With that said, we were so very thankful to have the opportunity to stay at this gorgeous house. Even though it may not be quite as updated as other properties, the location, beauty, and privacy make it a property we'd highly recommend!
Great location. Missing some details. No wash cloths in some of the bathrooms, a lot of crumbs left in the sink. Crumbs were falling out of the toaster all over the floor when I pulled it out. I cleaned it out my self. No sponges in the kitchen to wipe of the counter: I bought some & left them for others. Ultimately we left 2 days early (I had a week rental) because something in one of the beds was biting a member of my family.
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When arriving noticed poorly lit walk ways with dangerous uneven cobble stones. I don't recommend for older/elderly people. Once in the home noticed large stains in several bedrooms as well as broken/loose toilet seats. Master bedroom has huge craters in the mattress as well as scratches on master bedroom door from a dog. Master bedroom door knob is falling off. No propane in the Bbq as well as several light bulbs are burnt out. We moved a sofa to find dirt/ garbage under the furniture. This property has a beautiful view, but the poorly maintained home is NOT WORTH THE $ 100% I rented this home for my honeymoon and I was very disappointed in the poorly maintained home, I will never recommend this home or this rental company. **** poor.
