Quaint property conveniently located in driving distance to Cale Charles beach and Mason Ave. Lovely backyard!

My two kids (7,9) spent a week here with thier grandparents. The house is well laid out and the amenities have received a good amount of consideration, giving the interior the cleaner lines and design feel of a hotel. The cottage is quiet, with a big front yard and lovely back porch. All rooms are on the same level with only small step ups and step downs- a good feature for my elderly parents.

Sweet country cottage, perfect for small, three generation family stay. Short drive to beach and town, but lovely, quiet, rural location.

This was a great house! 3 bedrooms with a pull-out couch. Plenty of room for stretching out on couches, a well-stocked, very functional kitchen, patio in back with outdoor dinning, and small side patio for coffee or cocktails. The yard is to the side of the house away from neighbors (whom we never heard or saw) and is big enough for volleyball and other outdoor games! Last minute my daughter couldn't come so it was just the two of us, but this house has great potential for family gatherings for sure! (AC was on for us when we got there (thanks you! It was 98 out.) There is TV with dish and Roku channels, and the house layout lends itself to having your own space, while being able to congregate all together. It would be a long walk to downtown from here, but the drive is about 5 minutes, and being just outside of the downtown was really nice as it can be pretty crowded in the summertime. I would recommend this house!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Cape Charles. The location was very close to town, but private and quiet. The house was comfortably furnished, but could use end tables and lamps for warmer lighting. Floors could use a deeper clean, and we did notice quite a few dead insects. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

I was very happy with my stay. The home was very cute and beach themed. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. My only recommendation would be to have other seating options for meals, the high style chairs were hard for some of my older family members but it was still a great trip!
