The outside rinse off shower area needs to be cleaned up (stickers in the grass, more space) but it gets the job done.

Another nice lady helped us with an unexpected issue we had a check out, but I didn't catch her name. Overall great experience, as usual. Can't wait for the next trip!

This property was absolutely fantastic! It was the perfect size for our large group. And dont even get me started on the view! The beach had to be one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been too. The instructions and communication from the host was very clear. 100/10 would come back in a heartbeat. clear

Loved sitting on the deck lost to the ocean each morning and night. The beach is beautiful! We had a great time.

Good location in an older unit, right on the beach. Could use some upgrades but it was adequate for our group. The bonus golf and tours were a nice add-on. Parking space was good. The management company was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We would stay there again.

No complaints from us other than the tubs could use some anti slip pads, my wife fell twice in the shower. But the view the location an the size an looks of it for the price can't be beat. Planning on another visit soon.

Our grand babies first trip to see the beautiful beaches. The house had everything we could need. The house layout was nice since there were two families which allowed for separate bedroom and bathrooms. Kitchen, dinning table and living room were comfortable. Nice deck with chairs, tables and the views were great! Had a week of memories! Thank you!! P.S. would like to see a more efficient dryer and more flatware for kitchen.

This place is amazing. It was the perfect end to our road trip. It was a great location, clean and tidy. Although it doesnt look it, but it has an amazing shower!! We definitely wished we had longer than 4 nights so we'll definitely be back.

Amazing views. Very spacious. Access to the beach was easy. The house was clean. Has a convenient store right around the corner. Plenty of towels, hand towels and wash rags. Extra pillows. Only complaint was no frying pan or some sort of baking sheet and the dryer took 3 full drying cycles to dry any clothing. We will be booking again! The only problem was it had something had been spilled in one of the rooms and had not been cleaned. There was also a good bit of dust on the floors. We enjoyed the house and the location.

Everything was good except 1 TV wasn't able to connect to WIFI, which wasn't a huge problem for us bc my family is close the members in that room only slept once they were in the bed.

We only expected a nicer place considering the price we paid for a weeks stay. The place definitely served its purpose and was directly on the beach, but for nearly $6k we expected it to be a bit nicer than it was. I’d give a 4 out of 5 stars.

Everything was very clean and the manager was very nice. The only complain for us was the beds were not very comfortable. One of the beds made a noise when a person turned over or got up off the bed. One of the beds was too tall for my 5ft2in tall wife to get on. Other than that eveything was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view off the deck and the location are the only two things this property has going for it. The unit needs a good deep cleaning. The mattresses are horrible. Sand was even in the beds. Needs some curtains or room darkening shades on the north facing bedroom windows. The internet was horrible. The grounds need to be cleaned up around too. One of the fans would only work if you unscrewed the light bulbs. The ceiling fans were built up with dust. Towel rack about to fall off the wall in the bathroom and hand smudges on walls and doors. Would have been nice to have a dust pan so we could have swept. A few more kitchen towels would have been nice. We ended up using bath towels.

We absolutely loved the location. The house could really use a good deep cleaning and a few upgrades. We had to strip one of the beds when we got here bc the sheets was dirty. The floors really needs a good mop and broom. The view was absolutely stunning. I had to call maintenance and the people was great and very courteous and fixed our problem with in a hr. We have discussed renting the same house next year. So overall other than needs a good cleaning and a few upgrades it’s an amazing rental property. We will rent again.
