Inside each space, you’ll find vibrant, open-concept interiors thoughtfully designed for connection and comfort. Please note: the bungalows do not have air conditioning, but the coastal breeze and ceiling fans keep interiors comfortable year-round.

The living areas invite you to kick back on plush seating, spin a record on the turntable, or unwind with a movie night on the TV. Fully equipped kitchens with barstool seating make it easy to gather for everything from pancake breakfasts to evening charcuterie and wine.

Home Truths:
- There is no washer or dryer, but an iron and ironing board are provided.
- There is no air conditioning.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is no washer and dryer in the unit, and it is not available for guest use within the condo complex. The nearest laundromat is Laundraland, located at 489 S Ocean Ave., Cayucos.

Parking Details:
- Parking is located at the back of the building and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    First time to Cayucos and we loved this bungalow. Super clean and comfy! Walk out the front door and hit shopping, coffee, dinner or the beach. Beds were very comfy too!

    View and suite just like the pictures. Great acess to beach right across the street and main bedroom bed very comfortable. That's just about everything nice; now the bad.. oven and stove did not work for over 24hrs. I did text and they did have someone out to fix the issue after insinuating it was my fault. Maintenance man could not have been nicer and yeah it wasn't me it was the breaker. That kept on popping every 15 minutes so getting dinner done was a nightmare to say the least. No cleaning products, dishwasher handle broken, random switches turned on random outlets odd. And the final final disappointment we got infested second to last day there with termites. To the point a local staff called and was disgusted herself but no resolution has been made . This is the first time we have ever been disappointed with a rental so sad because it was our wedding anniversary and birthday week. If I can find where to post pictures.

    It’s always great to find a dog friendly place to stay on the coast with views! I live in SoCal near the beach and try to find places near me with similar views but they are few and far between! I’ll definitely put this on my list of places to take a long weekend in the future! Cayucos is a very idyllic town as well!

    Pier View Suites has great views and quick access to the beach and local restaurants. Stop by Albertsons in Morro Bay to stock your kitchen if you want to cook-in. There is a laundromat down the street.

    Had a great time with hubby and the pups for a nice little escape from the summer heat. Cayucos is such a quaint little gem of a beach town, close enough but far enough away from SLO to get to enjoy the best of both worlds. Location was perfect and view of the ocean from the deck was excellent. Would highly recommend this rental as well as customer service was impeccable with immediate responses from staff-great experience. Will definitely stay here again.

    Property is in a great location. Centrally located to all the activities you want to do in the area. Minutes from the beach, restaurants, morro bay, hearst castle, elephant seals, fishing, kayaking, etc.... Good place if you don't want room service and other hotel amenities and don't mind the craftmanship imperfections. Balcony could have been cleaned a little better so that the view could have been enjoyed while sitting down on outdoor couches. Other than that a good place to stay. Next time i would probably upgrade to the third floor suites or just do a short term rental home.

    The studio unit was top floor corner unit. It was clean and had everything we needed. Right across the street from the beach. It has a large patio with an oval seating area. We used our beach chairs and enjoyed the view and sounds of the waves from the balcony. Nice downtown with plenty of places to eat and drink. We definitely will be back.
