Located just 1.5 miles from the village of Margaretville and 12 miles to many wedding venues located in the villages of Roxbury, Andes and Bovina. Nearby, 9 miles is Belleayre ski center and Plattekill ski is 10 miles.

Stayed Dec 28, 2025This was by far the best vacation experience I have ever had. The property was beautiful and the house came with everything a group of 15 could need and more. We came to ski and wound up spending more time in the house because it was a great set up and had different areas for people to different activities and not annoy one another. Our teens loved the space in the addition- it had pool and table tennis and a great movie set up. I really do hope we can stay agin because this house made our family vacation a truly magical experience!!!!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025There were dead bugs all around the house, in the kitchen, bathrooms & window sills. The fridge had a lot of leftover food particles. Towels were not in the best condition. This is not what you expect from a holiday home. All the reviews I read earlier said that the place was very clean, which is what attracted me to it, despite the fact that it was very old and not particularly attractive. And when we arrived, this is what we found out. Very disappointing!!

Stayed Oct 1, 2020The house is spacious and Margaretville is a wonderful small town. Fit our group of 8 people comfortably, and Carol was terrific to work with. Highly recommend for a getaway—especially during fall.
