Stayed Apr 24, 2025We stayed in town for a bike race and the house was great. It fulfilled all our need and was extremely comfortable. Ample sleeping space and comfortable beds. Virgina also provides snacks, breakfast foods and drinks, as well as a well-stocked pantry. Communication was great the whole stay and I highly recommend this property.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025The house is very cute and great especially if you have a larger group. Convenient location and close to restaurants and the university. The house has everything you need, even things you might not think about! Virginia communicated throughout the whole process and was super helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Had a very nice stay at Virginia's house. The kids enjoyed playing football in the side yard, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with food so we were able to avoid a trip to the grocery store for the basics for the weekend!

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Virginia, was proactive in answering any possible questions we may have had . Virginia also added a cookie cake w/ our school colors upon arrival . Kitchen was stocked wonderfully. The only issue I may have that sleeps 10? It does , but really sleeps 8 ... comfortabley overall a very nice stay

Stayed Aug 6, 2024The place was conveniently located to the University of Arkansas. The neighborhood is quite with occasional train noise though not too distracting. Very responsive host. Place has all you would ever need to make this a home away from home.

Stayed Oct 20, 2023Such a cute, eclectic property with so much attention to having all the comforts of home. Kitchen, including the fridge, was stocked, beds were super comfy, plenty of towels, etc. Virginia is an awesome owner to work with. We didn’t have time to enjoy the great outdoor space, but it was super inviting.
