Catania's Lake House

The Home was AMAZING !!!! The VIEW was AMAZING!!!It accommodated our 6 Golfers Very Comfortably.Thank You !!!

windows were not clean, spider webs throughout house, games in entertainment room were not working. couldn't play pool, air hockey machine not working, grill was broke we just went and bought one. parking was great, its a fantastic location for playing golf, close to good restaurants, we were able to check in early. i would recommend just needs some general housekeeping.

We found this gem after a failed rental in the area. It was a short-notice booking and the host was very responsive. The pictures do not do this house, landscape and view justice! Plenty of space for our party of 10, indoors and outdoors. We spent a lot of time outside on the expansive patios and at the dock which sits at the mouth of a large cove on the Tennessee River. The water was clean and deep at the dock. The lower patio was shaded and had rattan furniture. We were here for sports, so didn’t bring our boat, but has room for one in either side of the dock. You would need bumpers. We brought two blow up paddle boards and fishing poles. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen has an over-sized fridge and an independent ice-maker downstairs in one of two bar areas. The trash had not been picked up from the previous week and the host sent someone to pick it up within the hour! Highly recommend if you love the water and views!

The location is great with amazing views, dock great for swimming and boating and good floor plan/spacious. Furnishings and linens are dated and could use replacing. Quite a few issues on day one, needed handyman to remove spider webs, wasp nests and fix multiple items. Manager responsive and over all a good experience. Unsure if we would rent again.

SIMPLY AMAZING! My wife and I rented this house for our son’s graduation from UNA. We we able to host his Grandmas, aunts and uncles under one roof very comfortably. The view of the lake and the never-ending decks were fantastic. The inside boast three large gathering areas with plenty of entertainment. While the house never seems to end yet still feels cozy and warm. There is plenty of parking and we had a wonderful time. Thank you Rafi for this experience and ease of communication with you. We created a lot of memories!

All stays are different this one was exquisite adding lush greenery ,beautiful landscape flowing a flowing river that provides perfect peace to enjoy with family. We've been inspired to enjoy life different from a single experience.

Huge house with lots to do. Lake view is beautiful. Close to RTJ golf courses. Beds were comfortable. Showers were great. Plenty of parking. Nice dock. Only complaint is there are very few couches. There are multiple giant rooms that only have seating for 3-4 people. We just had to bring in dining room chairs, which isn’t the most comfortable solution but also isn’t the end of the world. Manager is communicative and helpful via text.

Each year a group of friends meet up in Florence to reconnect for the weekend. This is the best house we have stayed out. Great view. Amazing space. A perfect place to relax. I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely stunning views and home. Perfect for a weekend or week family getaway!! Lots of room and fun stuff to do. Thanks to Rafi for being an amazing host!!! We will definitely be back.
