Casual and Elegant - Townhouse Centrally located in Lincoln 1 mile from Loon Mtn

Our stay was delightful! The property was warm and welcoming, and clean & tidy. The volume on the living room television did not work, it seemed as though the sound bar was not working appropriately. As a result, we were not able to enjoy that space at night after hiking all day. The furniture was comfortable and it would have been cozy having a fire in the fireplace. The accommodations were wonderful overall, the location was desirable. We would recommend this place to family and friends, and would look to book here in the future. Thank you - Stephanie & Jim

Lovely Condo, very comfortable condo in great location. The only problems were small, but annoying. TV in living room did not work, overhead light in twin bedroom did not work. Soap empty in two bathrooms and sink faucet in queen room loose. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo near Loon. It was very comfortable and close to all attractions.

Different map apps gave us different directions to this property, then when we found the right unpaved street, we went to the wrong building before we realized our mistake and moved down. It would have been nice to have more specific directions on finding this location. For example, state building number eight, unit number two. The property itself was delightful inside and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was nicely layed out with a great location. It is well situated close to stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable however if there had been six people there would have been an issue as someone would have needed to sleep on an air mattress. The cupboards were stocked with some of the basics which was great. Living room furniture was very comfortable. However there is a need for greater attention to the following details. The kitchen is in need of a thorough cleaning as the cupboard fronts were dirty and some of the lower cabinets needed a good cleaning and organization as things were thrown in haphazardly and it was difficult to access the items found there. I'm the twin bedroom, while the main items such as the toilet, sink and tub were clean, the decor items and door was in need of a good wipe down. I would stay here again however would like to see the areas mentioned dealt with.

We were only here for one night but the property was perfect for our needs. The walk to Loon was simple, the townhouse was beautiful and clean.

We loved our week at this house. It was very relaxing and peaceful as it was quiet and surrounded by trees. The house is beautiful and has everything a family needs. We played the board games, enjoyed playing on the river and in the pool, and went for hikes. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and I especially loved the plush red towels.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into Julie's Town home. It is well equipped with all the essentials you might need, towels, linens, kitchen supplies, and even a Kureg Coffee Maker. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do, and the Ladies Bath, an extremely short walk, was an added bonus to the kids, who kept asking to go back and play on the rocks and swim in the mountain water. This townhome is tastefully decorated and homey and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again, if we are welcomed. Our only issue, and no reflection on the owners, is that the pool was not as clean as I would have liked. The LaChance Family 8/17/ - 8/20 2019

We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked into this place. The condo was very clean and had a cozy, rustic feel to it. The location was perfect...we were hoping to be close to Franconia Notch and Kancamagus but we didn’t expect the awesome swimming hole that was behind the condo. The kids wanted to go every morning and evening after a long day of exploring and hiking in the area to jump in and tube in the river behind the condo. It was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner at night when we wanted to. Having three bathrooms was the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Nice condo and a great location close to town. So much to do and it’s easy to get around. A good experience staying and working with the owner. Just a couple of cleaning items needed and the check in book needs updating. A great time!
