Great location, open space, house is very clean, we will go back!

This property feels like home away from home, but better because of the awesome views of the ocean and estuary from the deck, kitchen, dining room table and living room. It was peaceful and quiet even thought it was peek season.

3 great things about this place: location, location, location. The unit was clean, and the water pressure is strong, the shower hot, but it is very dated, and in desperate need of updates, plus the carpet, everywhere, including in the kitchen, was pretty gross....the unit is attached to full time residents, and it was loud - one night we couldn’t sleep at all due to the tenants TV on and blaring until 5am. And, although the inside of the unit was clean, then windows were not, so the only reason to stay here is the view and proximity to the ocean, which was largely obscured by the dirty windows. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The place was perfect. Had all the details including coffee filters (except beach towels). Washer and dryer were key location was amazing, quick walk to beach! We will be back.

We had a great time at this property. We loved how easy it was to access the beach. The property was clean and well organized. We would definitely stay at at the property again.

Views and beach access were great. kitchen had plenty of stuff. house was clean and bed was confortable. definitiely a nice setting.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at The Castle. This location allowed easy beach access, easy walking to restaurants, candy store, coffee houses, and tap houses. The unit provided many comforts- the bedding, the sofa, and the fireplace were our favorites. The kitchen provided all the needed equipment including like-new small appliances. The extra touches by the housekeeping staff made this stay one of our favorites at the beach. Thank you!

Had a great stay at the Sand Castle. Listening to the ocean at night and seeing the wildlife and exploring the town during the day. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sandcastle! The home is in an incredible location, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to everything in town. Malia and Arnie were excellent hosts, very easy to communicate with and helpful in answering all our questions. I'd highly recommend their home for anyone planning a relaxing getaway!

Good location for beach access, privacy & downtown amenities. Very clean & cute decor. Does list double futon but has a pull out couch bed instead. Stairs lead up to balcony so prepared for that. Will definitely book again!!

What a great space to stay in our first ever trip to Cannon Beach! Having the beach right outside our front door was amazing to look at and get to. We could walk right downtown to all the wonderful shops, coffees and foods.

Great view and location. Kitchen well equipped. Owners very nice and communicate well.Now the not great part: House has a lot of deferred maintenance as it’s quite shabby - chipped paint, worn out cabinets, musty smell, old carpeting. I tried to take a hot bath and there wasn’t enough hot water, though all we’d done is rinse dishes. We were expecting a lot more for this price range.

Perfect sunset viewing with a glass of wine and good friends. Location allowed the car to remain parked and could walk any and everywhere we wanted to go. Bakery for a treat and coffee, shopping for a few travel clothes for another trip, and just socializing the dogs because they are accepted in almost every store. It was a fabulous 3 day stay and the immaculate accommodations made it that much more enjoyable.

We love this place! We used to stay on the south end of town until we found this on VRBO. We stayed a few months ago and loved it so much that we booked it again right away. Our dog loves being right on the beach and my wife loves that she only has to walk around the corner to be at all of the shops. The house is clean and well kept. We will be back again soon!!

The property was not up to our standards. The cabinets were very cheap, the mattress in the guest room was old and sagged in the middle. Our friends were not able to sleep in the bed. We left after one night.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sand Castle! Great location, right in the middle of town and on the beach. The wild bunnies were a big hit with the kids! Arnold and Malia were super attentive and responsive. The house itself is very cute and kept very clean (unlike many other beach houses we have stayed at). This was our first time on the Oregon Coast and can’t wait to be back!

Wonderful amenities, clean and comfortable. Sun, sand castles with grandkids and beautiful sunsets, just perfect.

Beautiful spot and very convenient to both shopping in town and the beach. Plenty of room in the common area. Second story balcony provides a great view of the beach!

Our stay was very nice. The VRBO needs a lot of updating. The carpeting, bathroom, bedrooms, and just general appearance of the VRBO is extremely outdated which makes it a less enjoyable stay. When a VRBO is designed and decorated in a warm and appealing manner, oddly enough, it can improve the experience that the renter has.

The view from the sandcastle is outstanding and stepping out your door to walk onto the beach can't be beat. Children and adults all loved our visit.

We had a great time staying here. Malia was great to work with and the entire process was completely seamless. The location is amazing with super easy access to the beach and downtown Cannon. We were able to walk everywhere and leave our car parked the entire time. Will definitely stay here again!

We love this place. Right on the beach, and just a couple blocks to the bakery and book store. Went to the play at the Coasters theater, and enjoyed rainy nights by the fire. The house is well equipped and spotless, too!

The property is stunning, tucked back with a 180 degree view of the river and ocean. The house was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. A lovely place to stay.

The location is superb! Tucked away and private with a 2 minute walk to the main drag. The master bedroom bed was 10/10 comfortable! The home is outdated but had everything we needed and again the location and comfortable bed made our stay perfect.

It's really hard to beat this location where you can step onto the beach AND into the charming downtown of Cannon Beach. The place is dated, and being a round house makes for an interesting floor plan, BUT it was extremely clean, well kept up, stocked (towels, extra blankets and pillows, kitchen), cozy and comfortable. Malia and Arnie were very attentive hosts - we had a wonderful post-Thanksgiving weekend with our kids.

The view of the ocean and creek were outstanding! We saw sunsets every night! Great fireplace and nice and cozy for reading and relaxing! Close to downtown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. The location is ideal, close to the beach and close to town. The amenities are first rate with literally everything one could ask for at your fingertips. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the wifi was completely reliable. The owners replaced the washing during our stay which was thoughtful of them. I recommend this castle without reservation.

Our family had so much fun staying in your home. We were able to catch up and spend much needed quality time together. Cannon Beach is such a beautiful & peaceful place. We valued every second of our time here. We all look forward to another visit hopefully next year. This rental is highly recommended due to the close location to the beach & shops, cleanliness, and the availability of the household supplies for our use. Beautiful place and location for quiet family time - the house was very clean, the host was quick to respond to texts and needs. I would prob say my only Nitpicky issues was for the price some small remodeling or upgrades. The kitchen cabinets seemed older than the rest of the house and the shower turn on and off wasn't easy to maneuver to and to find the right temp was a little learning to do. Other than that we loved the place!
