Stayed Jun 25, 2025Castle Rock Hideaway is exactly what you’d hope for in a Montana retreat—beautifully styled with warm mountain character, thoughtfully appointed, and incredibly clean. The view from the home is nothing short of stunning, with expansive sights that shift beautifully with the light throughout the day. Whether you’re relaxing with coffee on the porch or winding down after a day out, it’s a perfect setting to soak it all in.The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the outdoors. You’re just minutes from some of the best hiking, fishing, and scenic drives in the area—Yellowstone, Big Sky, and the Gallatin River are all at your fingertips.Inside, the space is exceptionally well set up. Every detail feels intentional, from the furnishings to the kitchen essentials, making it feel both homey and high-quality. And the host? Absolutely top-notch—communicative, kind, and clearly committed to creating a great experience. The only caveat is some road noise from Highway 191, which runs nearby. It’s not overpowering, but worth knowing if you’re a very light sleeper or looking for total silence. That said, I would absolutely recommend Castle Rock Hideaway to anyone looking to escape into a beautiful, well-equipped space with incredible access to nature.
