Castaway Key Beach House

The location on the beach was fantastic. Daisy responded immediately when we had questions. The house had a well supplied kitchen and was spotless.

Ocean Springs is charming and an easy drive from the house. The house itself is as pictured. Clean and very comfortable with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space to gather and to separate. The porch was a favorite and being steps from the beach couldn’t be better. Use of the kayaks was especially fun and appreciated. We were there over spring break and enjoyed the quiet.

Beautiful view of the gulf right from the porch. Had everything we needed and Daisy was very easy to work with.

Brought my family down for labor day! This place was perfect. Located directly on the private beach. It was well equipped with everything we needed. My grandsons lived their best life out there!!

Castaway Key is gorgeous! We spent time on the beach and the fabulous porch. We took my daughter's maturity pictures on the steps facing the beach and on the beach.

This was a lovely, relaxing vacation home for our family of six!

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed. Being right on the beach was perfect for our little ones. The big porch was my favorite spot. A bigger grill would have been helpful. The yard and path to the beach being mowed would have been nice, but it didn't stop us from getting to the water. Our stay and the yard maintenance schedule probably didn't align.

When we got there we had already received the instructions to get in. It was super easy. After that, we unloaded the car and got the beach. The kids loved it and had so much fun. Really, we all did. We had plans to go to Ocean Springs and sight see but we couldn't bring ourselves to leave the property the whole time we were there. There are so many things to do, ride bikes, kayak, build same castles, fly kites, hunt for crabs, among so many other things. The house was perfect. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thanks so much for having us and we definitely plan on coming back.

We had a wonderful time and were totally thrilled with the place. We found many places to eat for dinner. It was so so nice to walk out the door and be on the beach. We were very happy that we could leave our stuff on the beach for lunch and not worry about anything. The porch was wonderful to sit on and watch the birds. We even saw a nest on a house just down from us. It was cool watching mom and dad fed the youngsters.

This is the 2nd time that we’ve stayed here and have loved every minute! Was able to see the dolphins a few times, and also walked the beach daily. The beach house had everything that we needed. It was the perfect family vacation!

We just loved every minute! The HUGE porch was where we lived all week! Even in the rain(and boy can it rain) it was awesome! We were lucky enough to see dolphins and laughed at the funny pelicans dive bombing. We walked the beach, took the ferry to ship island, shopped in ocean springs, went on an eco tour, visited the park, ate seafood every day! It was so incredible. The southern hospitality was everywhere. And the owner was immediate with our questions and so fast in her responses! Loved Mississippi!! Come and stay!

Every thing was perfect. House was clean, beds were as comfortable as home. No complaints. Actually planning on booking again.

Had a great time at this house! My friend, her mom, her 7 year old daughter and myself wanted a place we could enjoy a beach without all the craziness of tourist towns! This house was equipped with everything you need to enjoy the private beach! We used the kayaks and beach chairs and with the beach only a few steps away, we were able to easily go back to house to take breaks. There is a convenient hose on the deck steps to keep sand from tracking into the house. Any questions we had (which was very few), the homeowner was very responsive. The location is close enough to what you need, but far enough away from the city feel to have a lot of quiet time and peaceful moments to enjoy the beach! Highly recommend!

This place was awesome. We watched the dolphins feeding on fish almost everyday right at the shoreline from the deck.

This home is beautiful, with gorgeous views and tranquil surroundings. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. The property was clean and well equipped kitchen. We spent a wonderful week relaxing on the amazing deck, walking the beach annd neighborhood and kayaking.

We are three girlfriends that have known each other for over 20 years. After finishing a business weekend we headed to Ocean Springs for some much needed relaxation. Just wished we could have squeezed out a couple of more days.

We loved this beach house. So peaceful and relaxing. We spent spent lots of time on the porch. Property was even better than the pictures.

The home was very pleasant and views were fabulous. Our family would definitely rent this home again. We really love the privacy and a little bit seclusion from all the hussle and bustle.

Quiet and peacefull.

My husband and I joined our daughters and their husbands for a four summer vacation. The house was beautiful with two spacious out door living spaces. We enjoyed the cool breezes and gulf view. We caught and enjoyed blue crabs and walks on the beach. It was a great summer get away.
