Great home for our stay!

We had such a nice time. The kids sure enjoyed the pool. The property had everything we needed. Such a nice area to take a walk, get ice cream, farmers market, and close to the church and the grocery store. We had a great time and would consider going there again for sure.

All nine of us loved this property and enjoyed the pool daily.

We had a wonderful time. The home was very nice and the pool was a big hit with the kids. We enjoyed quiet walks to the lake and the nearby golf club to get ice cream in the evening. Nice time. Hope to come back!

Very nice house and pool. Local market is walking distance across the golf course. Great time with family and friends cooking meals and spending time.

Our stay was nothing short of incredible. We were there for our son’s wedding that weekend and could not have asked for a more welcoming beautiful home. The accommodations were perfect, the amenities were fantastic from the roominess of the home to the pool and outdoor patio. Thank you for helping make our special weekend even better.

No so good! Pool was so green and nasty.. was one big reason we rented this place! Not one day of swimming!! Or enjoying the pool! Step downs to lower rooms a big hazard problem. These could be very dangerous for children or anyone.. not well marked by the Kitchen.. Had to call ambulance and could not get in touch with Scottie for two hours.. so had to figure that out! Beautiful home and would recommend for most with a few precautions!

This house was amazing. We came for my mother's funeral and everything was very nice. We did not dislike anything. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and neat. They even gave us a small gift for renting ther house. The pool was cold but used by grandkids. The best thing I thought was the basketball goal and basketballs to use. It made my time special because my mother alway came and watched me play ball. It was in a nice neighborhood easy access to MIshawaka, where my fmily lived. I loved the stores down the road.

The house was amazing we would recommend this property - very spacious, and stocked well. The pool was a great addition and enjoyed by all.There were many flotation toys & beach towels available however, it could have been cleaned a little better prior to our arrival. The outside area was very nice with many tables, chairs & lounge chairs. We enjoyed playing basketball and the fire pit area was nice. Diamond Lake is within walking distance but there is no public access near by. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed a few walks around the area. There is a small grocery store, Bigby coffee and McDonalds along with Pork's Pizza and a couple gas stations withing 10-15 minute drive from the house. The house was very spacious for our group of 8. The billiards/ping pong table was very nice and so was the Foosball table. It was noticed however, the house could have been cleaned a little better before our arrival. This would include vacuuming the entire house and cleaning and emptying out the refrigerator. We had two minor incidents that were reported to the property manager, one the coffee maker stopped working on the second day, so we had to make early morning coffee runs to Bigby/McDonalds which was a big inconvenience and costly as well. The other one was one of the shower heads broke mid way through our stay. The property manager Scott was very responsive to our text messages before, during and after our stay. But nothing was done regarding our coffee situation.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Photos online are accurate & the house looks just like the photos. Everything was very clean and tidy on our arrival. The kitchen is well stocked! Communication with the local contact person were answered quickly & the information he provided was helpful and accurate. We had a little problem with the kitchen refrigerator during our stay & the issue was addressed swiftly. The owner even treated us to dinner the next night for the small inconvenience! Diamond Lake is a gorgeous lake ringed by multi million dollar homes. There is a small subdivision beach that we could access that was a short car ride away or about a 15 minute walk. There is also a marina on the lake where we rented a pontoon boat at for a day. One of our group even played golf at the golf course that is a two minute walk away, & we had ice cream several nights in a row at the golf course ice cream parlor. Very good ice cream & very convenient. Our only complaint about the home was that that in ground swimming pool was a bit dirty on our Sunday arrival. We understood that the pool was cleaned on Thursday, but even after the pool was cleaned later that week by Friday mid-day it was already a bit dirty. I am not sure what the cause of this is, but it probably needs more investigating. Although Diamond Lake is beautiful, the area around Cassopolis really has not much going for it. Very few restaurants or shops, so keep that in mind. All and all a nice vacation!
